They are absolute thieves. First they said that I’d get sugar at 9/kg on every 2000 rs bill. But they never delivered the sugar. This happened to me for a couple of time. First time I thought it was my mistake, but after second time I understood everything. The cash receptionists are absolute thieves.

Billing staffs are thieves.Yesterday only I went there the billing staff is a lady. She didn't gave me good life chakki 1kg atta. After including it on my bill she kept it with her. Cashier:60712542 Date:02/07/2023

They are trying to sell cheap and faulty products. Sales people (man & girls) are not professional. At the cash counter, they have not kept any small changes. Trying to keep the refund amount and said we have not any change. TEY TO AVOID THIS SHOP. In Blushlace section, all sales girls are irresponsible and try to keep the return amount. System audit is required. Not a good shop. BEFORE VISITING PLEASE THINK TWICE....

Very bad experience I had over there, they don't have courtesy at all specially the billing staff. They have showcased all products after spending so much time in the store on choosing the product at the billing they will say machine is not taking this product price asking for alternatives the billing guy replied nahi milega as if he is owning the area and giving away free staff, the way they behave I have not seen in any other supermarket or store, not sure in what basis reliance has recruited all the staff specifically the billing staff. Neither they speak local language Neither they know how to talk or behave Neither they are good at their work

Billing staff should be working fast why they are very slow at work timings.. they chat with each other... And the please check the problem

Pathetic staff... variety of goods bt no proper staff to guide you or help...many counters closed despite of long queue 😕

Please do not visit this place, they do not have good product, and whatever product they have are faulty. Had a very bad experience regarding buying a refrigerator.

They have acquired the Big bazaar but they don't have proper staff management. you have to walk to the counter for an inquiry.
