Last visit in Kim Faa ..me and my friends visited there last Sunday. We ate alot and the best thing in Kim faa is Walton ..many people called it chicken momo too 😉.. it was too tasty along with chicken soup. And its pocket friendly too.. so you guys can visit there atleast onece.

We had two rooms, my family and I and both were great! Quite nice actually, neat as well as clean. Housekeeping was very attentive and overall was superb, they did a fantastic job. I loved how they put a lot of attention to detail and it made my stay a really great experience. Prompt service and attitude towards my friends and family. They spoke really qell when spoken to and were very humble about being helpful, and seemed more than happy while helping us. I loved staying in this place! In conclusion: Superb!

My stay at ITC SONAR was beyond amazing. The property is beautiful.Would love to stay here again. The hotel itself was beautiful, with vintage decor and clean, comfortable rooms that were equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and made my stay even more enjoyable. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of service provided by the staff. This is an architectural masterpiece. U enter through 3 tier of security system and reach the huge corridor behind the glass door.. Its hard to describe in words. Just take a look.. No one will stop you anywhere for admiring the marvel. The lawn..is the most amazing place there. Service is very good from every aspect and very clean. Take a look at the pools in lawn. Amazing feel to spend time there

Rooms are lavish but had a insect even on the curtain as well as in the washroom. As I headed out for my meetings Had requested a fumigation or room change (none was done).. when I returned I sat irate gettin it done in night . The most horrible exp the staff came with a torch to find the insect , only on complaining they did vacuuming. Ordered a glass of milk with turmeric by the side... complimented with a fly in it. The next day my room was changed.. n again on return from my meetings late evening I could find flies in the washroom n on the study table. Understanding the Covid situation had shaped things bad, but this is absolutely not acceptable n with a brand like ITC -terrible experience!

Was here for a business trip and unfortunately only for a day as found this to be one of the most beautiful hotels in any metro. The rooms are a bit old but still well maintained and are spacious location is a big big plus. The breakfast spread was also decent unfortunately the famous peshwari restaurant was closed during my visit but have heard a lot about their food so do give it a try if you ever visit/stay.

This was a roadside shop near paglababa mandir.. If you looking for Chinese authentic cuisine then this is the best place for you .. The wanton noodles was too good and delicious 😋 ❤️

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly.The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths.From the starter to the dessert and cold buffet the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding.I just interact with Chef Lalatendu ,he is so friendly and highly trained and great knowledge about food.I highly recommend this place.

I am in awe of how good the service is. Even before I sat down, there was excellent service. A front desk member, Sneha was very kind, wholesome and assisted me throughout my meal. The whole team supervised the breakfast and made me feel at home. The spread and selection of fruits are absolutely brilliant. I think it’d be very wise for you to visit their breakfast at the Eden Pavilion.

My stay was excellent in your hotel because of prompt service of courteous staff. Also the way you take care of even the smallest needs of your guests is praiseworthy. I am happy that I made a wise choice by selecting this hotel for my stay. It has made my trip more comfortable.

For non drinkers or families it's not ok to go there after late evening.

The resort provides great facilities with lot of greenery and water bodies to create a serene environment. Rooms are spacious and the staff is very professional and helpful. It’s a popular resort and hosts a lot of events so one has to be careful to avoid the crowds which can otherwise cause some inconvenience especially during meals. The buffet at Grand pavilion for dinner is lavish yet lacks the taste sometimes. Overall a good experience. Highly recommended.

I arrived pretty late in the hotel but the staff happily checked me in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet has a beautiful array of well made dishes from around the globe. The buffet had both quality and quantity. Our server Mehtab was very attentive and made sure we had a great breakfast. He went the extra mile and got us assorted donuts and pastries!

Good place for having Chinese food with family and friends. The restaurants opens from breakfast to dinner there are many more places to see there like cementry Chinese Kali temple, a huge gate, sauce factory etc. The place is mainly famous for its Chinese cousin so it's please try their authentic dishes when visit as they servers this with authentic Chinese taste. This place serves alcohol in the restaurant cum bar places the people having alcohol should be age 18+ onwards.

China town place is a huge disappointment. The place is no better than a typical dingy Dhobi ghaat with handful of chinese restaurants. What a bummer...

Such an absolutely marvelous experience at the ITC Sonar. Right from the welcome to the beautiful rooms to the services to the delicious food everything was awesome. The breakfast menu has been the most exhaustive so far in my travel history. The staff was great. The only improvement could be around the gap in communication between reservations desk (central/remote) and the hotel reception which was a little painful.

One of the best property in India. No doubt they have beautiful room and outstanding interior and exterior but what makes them best of best is their Staff. Extremely humble , polite and ready to help without even prompting. Their restaurants are really good. Food is just perfect. Worth the price. Peshawari serves one of the best Indian authentic food. I had a wonder stay the hotel. The room was as per my expectation and the food too was excellent. Their staff provide very good service. My experience with their front office staff Ms Aditi Roy has been particularly pleasant because of her cordial and caring nature. The ambiance of the property as a whole is wonderful!

I have stayed more than once in this property the location, the interior, the ambiance, the food and service is really good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt. Well maintained rooms, staffs are well behaved. The thing which made my stay better than others is the gym and pool as I always look for good gym equipment s which were there and they were maintaining the hygiene. Pool view was very good and the attendees behaviour was very nice..

We stayed here with our family and the staff made sure it was an experience to remember. It was like a home away from home but with all the comfort one could ask for. The staff here is really humble and always on their toe to provide any request even if it's not their standard protocol. I appreciate the service and ambience here, and the food variety was nostalgic, the food offered at brunch is good and hope to visit again with family and friends, I suggest people visit once & you won't be disheartened.

The room and ambiance was no doubt very good...but if you raise any concern regarding any kind of help you need like my tv was not working so asked for help they came after 4 hrs to resolve the issue after calling again n again... during checkout I asked for a laundry bag to put some stuff they didn't bring it was waiting for it they never came..so service is what matters...not only luxurious rooms facilities ...so I gave 2 star only for the ambiance and room rest hospitality was 0%

I liked my room a lot. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and the housekeeping was swift and neat. The food too was of good quality and adequate quantity(in room and buffet) I was only unhappy about the whole reward system not catering to third party booking. I wish there was something to do about that.

One of the most popular getaways for those who seek some authentic chinese cuisines and drinks. The charges are reasonable. And the place is thriving with plenty of options to eat. Ranging from medium to high priced options. Parking is an issue due to narrow lanes, but is free.

Our stay from 12.11.21 to 14.11.22 ITC Sonar, room no 2411 was quite pleasant & memorable. From room cleanliness, hygiene, covid protocol, 24 hrs front desk service to breakfast, lunch, dinner everything was superb. Property is so vast & widely spread with green surroundings that one has to ask for the way to reach anywhere. Only one suggestion favoring VEGETARIANS in dining area to make separate counters & don't mix vegetables & non-vegetarianat counters. Otherwise everything was superfine.
