Facilties are average. Price range around 1000 for 4 people. Cant bargain much. Owner is very rough. Buts it a budget place near sealdah station. Will get much better rooms opposite Sealdah station.. Prince Hotel is a good place compared to this.

I had booked on Goibibo, one day before I had told them that I will be late on the check in day as my train supposed to be running late. When I reached this Hotel, it was around 11:00 pm, could not check in. I called him, he told me that he cannot do anything. I was alone in an unknown city. Money also got wasted.

It is situated near Sealdah Junction. I booked the dormitory to stay for 10 Hrs. Rooms and area around that are not hygienic. Staffs behaviour are little rude. Price of the rooms are little high as compared to facility provided. Overall bad experience.

I advice you all not to go there, the staff behavior is very very rude. They even did heated arguments with us and we even have to call the police for that. Believe me you will regret after going there, also the rooms are poor and dirty.

I visited Kolkata for an Exam. And I am looking for a stay near the Sealdah Railway Station. I searched and got this Narendra Niketan. I take the dormitory for 200Rs per day. It was quite affordable in that area with respect to other dormitories and location wise. It is 400m from the station. It also has rooms starting from Rs 850. The dormitory was a single bed with 14 beds in a hall. It has 3 bathrooms. But there is no locker facility 👀.

they demand extra charge no daily room cleaning staff avoiding to open main gate at 05:00 i missed my train what the hell

Never book here by looking at cheap prices. If you're from outstation look for better hotels. The owner/manager at this place is drunken along with staff members. Causing trouble to guests even given threats to a guy in dormitory who came late at night. Beware of this place or it becomes nightmare for you!!!! Note :- Especially for SSB candidates... If you're looking for cheap options to stay with minimum facilities goto sealdah station and book AC dormitory @ 500₹/night. Or use AC waiting room @ 10₹/hour

Location is good..very close to Sealdah station.Earlier the dormitory was clean and spacious but now tfull of mess.Behaviour of staff was not good.Overall my experience was bad. Service not as expected. Measures should be taken to do better.It should be attractive to people.

Room is clean but due to poor ventilation a kind of bad smell always in the room. I came here two times. Same quality. Rooms doesn't have good ventilation. I stayed in single sharing for 500/D.

Very much noisy place. Due to horn and noise from vechiles we could not sleep full night. Never take room in front side of the building l. Very much busy and noisy place. Horn of the vechiles is very irritating. Room size is small but Good for one night in this budget.

The only positive about it is the location. it is on the backside of sealdah station. and you can easily get on and off busses from here. rooms are okayish. beds are hard. the reception people always keep the tv on with loud volume even at night, and early in the morning which was a nuisance

Don't Book Through Online, Better To Go There Tell Them For Dormitory They'll Ask You Only For 200 Buck's. In Online Price Is Like 300/350 Buck's. Manager Behavior Is Rude With His Guest One Day He Came In Dormitory And Shouting On A Guest.

Everything seems nice. The lodge is right in front of a highway which acts as a boon and bane. Easy access to all the bus, local transport and food street but complete nights of disturbance. The lodge is cost wise very affordable making it an excellent place to dump luggage and tour around during the day and rest during the nights. I faced multiple issues such as my TV wasn't working and the room was left unclean after the last use, cockroaches roam around, etc.
