    Disappointing Experience: Poor Service and Overcharging Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had the displeasure of staying at O Avenue hotel that left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with their overall service. Despite making a booking in advance, I encountered a series of issues that resulted in overcharging, extremely unhygienic rooms and a lackluster experience throughout my stay. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel. There are countless other options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their promises. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring alternatives that will provide a more pleasant and reliable experience.

    worst experience ever they all are scammer asking for extra money even after hotel is booked by oyo . Very rude behaviour. Me and my family reached there at 9 pm and they started giving excuses that that didn’t have any vacant room .. so if you want room they demand extra money for that . Dont trust on oyo . Even oyo customer care not giving you any solution. They just give you another oyo hotel address where the same thing happen . They all are scammers. I am going to uninstall oyo app right now ..

    One of the worst service experienced in this hotel. I will personally never recommend to stay in this hotel. Even room is booked from OYO, they demand for extra money. Very rude behaviour with customer. Even the owner is very rude. Plz do not make any booking in this hotel. One of the worst service and waste of money. Do not make any booking with family as well.

    Similar experience just like many of the reviews has mentioned that I have booked my stay for 2 days but when I received at the property, they clearly denied the booking and instead demanded extra money from me for same booking. And worst part is they even showed my check in while in reality I haven't even entered there hotel beyonf reception. Stop using this hotel and save yourself unless you want to get harrassed and frustrated in the middle of the night in an unknown city. They the SCAMMERS..

    Worsted Froad Oyo app Ok have booked here through Oyo via call in 1800 for two night , But when I reached there for checked in manager refused to check in demanding double the booking amount. Oyo and hotel manager makeing fraud in Kolkata.

    Horrible experience. The crooks wanted more money than what was already pre paid on the OYO app. This is a regular feature I. Kolkata. Never book OYO rooms in Kolkat. The manager / caretakers are out to make a fast buck and do not hour the aligned rates on OHO app.

    They are just fraud people. The actual name of the hotel is "Abis Regency". But not any collection o. The manager inside will say, let me confirm the booking and after the call either the head or owner will ask the extra tarrif from the booking also tell u to cancel the booking and pay them in cash but not in online advanced payed amount. They have a hoarding at their gate saying Rooms @999 but they will say it is old banner, since last in years.

    Frustrating experience...we did Booked the room in advance but still we have been denied to alot the room stating that "there are no rooms available". I do not understand if the rooms are not available then why do they take payment and confirm that it has booked. And the man on the reception is nothing but a liar and a scammer. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE

    Charged extra at the time of check in despite of the fact I booked it in amount lesser than ₹200. He was kind enough to take extra ₹200 otherwise he demanded ₹600 extra... 💔💔💔 go elsewhere.
