First of all i should admit their quality of core service and equipment is top notch and the review is not for that, it would be more stars. I have been a customer of almost 10 years firstly in their city center 2 store and now in city center 1 store after the former closed and here lies my grievance. It seems with the closing of city center 2 store I have lost all relationship that had been established since the last 9 years. No loyalty benefits, even no friendly greetings that you expect from long term relationships. Seems I need to start from scratch. Every question is greeted with a response that give you a feeling that they are seeing you as first timer. This really is making me consider changing my commitment towards this brand which I once loved and depended upon.
