We took only chicken tandoori burger and french fries .. this outlet is in acropolis food court.. cooperative staffs, fast service .. taste wise it was good enough .. but whopper is best..

Glad to see Burger King opened in India and especially in Kolkata. My Son cherished the taste of Burger King items when in Singapore and now that he started to miss the joint, he is delighted to see this in Kolkata. The Burger taste is awesome. Love the way they keep the burger cake crispy and fresh. They have moved up the burger standards in India very high. The items served super fast. I had two orders before mine and they just took 4 mins or less to serve 3 orders together. Very speedy. Prices are reasonable. They have Combo with Fries and Coke. Best is Ice cream with Chocolate Dip or Sundae Cups tastes super. Since its launch in Oct 2019, their prices are introductory and expect to go up in near future. However, I would say a great start and great food quality. We enjoyed the same way as we did abroad. Recommended for burger lovers.

The food court at Acropolis Mall is the latest addition to the town and has quickly become a popular destination for customers. The burgers served there are of excellent quality, and what's more, they are priced affordably, making it even more enticing for visitors. We recently tried their Rs. 159 combo, which includes a delicious chicken burger, a serving of French fries, and a refreshing cold drink. While we thoroughly enjoyed the meal, we have one small request for Burger King: it would be great if they could improve the crispiness of their French fries.

🆕Edit 1🆕 My order was: 1) Mutton Burger 2) Choco Freeze I recommend you to NOT order the choco Freeze. It's bad as the chocolate in this is frozen hard, like you need to bite into it really hard. And people who have sensitive teeth like me, it's not for you. 🌟 Original 🌟 It's a good place to get your fix. If you like mutton, you'll surely love their mutton whopper.

One of the best place to have burgers in town. They even launched chicken fried items similar to KFC but the taste of the items are just amazing and the price of the item are also justified. So an big thumbs up to Burger King

Tacos and Burgers from Burger King at Acropolis Mall. An honest review would be that the burgers were dry inside, and lacks the juicy and tender texture. The mayonnaise was less in quantity. It could have been better. Liked the tacos. With chicken strips inside it.

We had ordered 4 cheese chicken burgers through swiggy exactly at 6:57 p.m. and we waited till 21:00 p.m.Then I decided to call burger King. I called several times but burger King didn't answer my call.finally I cancelled my order through swiggy at 9:20 p.m. . This is so disappointing I didn't expect this type of service though burger King.

It was a wonderful experinace from the worlds most famous burger shop. It is definatly a treat for evryone and the staff is also vry humble and nice. The food is also vry good and i always love to vist this shop.... A big Yes.... visit and experiance yourself.

Horrible fried chicken

Well its somewhat my designated snack in stop. Recently they launched an initiative regarding some free or discounted food items as per the coupon say goes, since then the demand of customers are much more than before or say it may be supposed to. Due to this the standard for preparation of each burger has decreased significantly. Just today I ordered some special whooper, the chips inside was far from crunchy, it means that it was prepared much before I even ordered : the amount and quality of dressing was insignificant . I paid the total amount of.Rs. 250/- I wasn't going for coupon discounts, it was after the order I was provided with the coupons for future purchases. So far so good and it is a good burger joint, fresh hygienic and healthy. But it's not upto the mark for today or may be of any days considering the mass preparation of items beforehand. If you guys are considering to take this initiative of celebrating your 68th aniversary then do it with style not by cutting off the standards. I am saying this again, this is a great place but the timing to ask for the review was just not right, just after today's dissatisfaction. May be you guys are worth 5 stars.

Was really waiting for Burger king to come to Kolkata..but my very first experience of Burger king ended up in a tragedy..I ordered 5 crispy chicken burger at Acropolis Mall for parcel but when I checked the parcel at home; I found only 4 of them there. Don't know how to react..

Tried to cheat me. She almost cheated me out of 100 rupees. She couldn't give me back the right change because "I don't have it." (for a 500 rupee bill!) She thought it was funny. Disgraceful. I'm a white foreigner. I'm sure that's why she tried her scam.

I was quite excited to try this place but was totally disappointed on mlre than one occasion. I had ordered chicken wings. They were sooo tiny while the price is quite high. They are always putting up some offer like..you get 2 piece of chicken keema wrap at 129 but don't get deceived by those because it really tasted horrible and while eating it I found my hand drenched with oil. I didn't even like their shakes..which were also much less in amount and taste was quite bad. You can get a good milkshake at keventers at the same price. The only thing I like at burger king is the brownie with ice cream. It's quite cheap and good. But burger king disappointed me with this food item also today. We had orderes 2 brownies and they were so hard that it could not be cut with a spoon. But when we complained..they replaced those. So I want to say that the value for money is absolutely poor. What you can try is the brwonie. It is good.

I was really excited to try out Burger King, then this place shattered all my experiences completely. I've wasted money on a dry and pathetic set of lettuce, patty, bread and almost nonexistent cheese that they call a burger, and the horrible fries which doesn't even come close to thinking about copying KFC. If you want a burger, do yourself a favour, and go to McDonald's or even an average confectionery like mio amore. You'll get much better value for your money.

Food was good ...If possible you should try French Fries,Grilled Chicken Burger and Chocolate shake if you are planning to visit this outlet of burger King... Staff people were not at all cooperative neither they were helpful

Burger king -acropolis . The one and only burger joint in acropolis mall. Not the best but good burger joint. I tried their chicken whopper, fries and berry blast shake. The burger was good but the size is very small , and the berry blast shake is a must try item. But the main problem is the service is very slow . Overall good experience 🙂🙂🙂🙂

The fries quality was not good. And they take some extra charge from us without our permission. And also they don't provide bill when we ask for bill they told me to we get it vis message buy we didn't it. The cashier name was Reshmi vary vary bad experience realy unhappy your usage

The food is good as experienced earlier but the delivery took 2 hrs from the time I placed the order. The cheezy fries were soggy. My kids lost all excitement waiting for the food after returning from school. Poor service but good food doesnot go hanh in hand. I will surely not order from BK in future.

Very disappointing. Yesterday I placed an order for 2 combo meals (one mutton whopper and one veg whopper) which were to be delivered along with 2 servings of Pepsi & fries. When I got the delivery I realized that the Pepsi cups were almost empty! I don’t want get into why the cups were empty- that’s a matter to be figured out between you & your delivery agency Swiggy. But what was unacceptable was that despite charging me more that ₹600 for this order, is this the level of professionalism you demonstrate?! Not done. No one should place an order with you anymore.

They have their specialized app available on playstore. You can place your order from there by selecting the option "Dine-In". They provide attractive discounts and offers when you place order from the app. After placing order, it will show you when the order is ready. You can even ask the receptionist to check if your order is ready or not.

Superb burges

Had ordered via Zomato. Received a whooper with a bite taken on it. Plus the packaging was unsealed with the safety seal sticked to the sides of the pack only. Their attached phone number with Google is also always switched off. Never order from here.

This is located inside the acropolis mall food court. So like any other food courts this was pretty much the same. About the food itself, it was pretty decent for my taste.

Just now ordered through swiggy. Instead of 5 pcs chicken fries as mentioned in bill got 3 fries. And burger was ordered with sides. Received sides but no burger. Thank you for such great experience.

One of the best burger maker's in the city. Though it's a renowned American brand. The prices are really reasonable. Food is great. Must try on.

I am from Delhi NCR and regularly visit Burger King for Whopper Burger in Greater Noida. I missed this burger in Kolkata. And recently 2 branches opened in Kolkata and got a chance to visit Burger King in this mall. Really enjoyed this whopper burger. Same Burger taste same giant size and worth price compared to Mc Donald. If you haven't tried Burger King Whopper burger then must try it. Sharing some photos with you..

The food is very average in taste, somehow everything tastes artificial. The price of the meals are really exorbitant I ordered the following 1 Whooper chicken meal 1 cheesy fries 1 Mango Sundae 1 chocolate shake The burger was okayish, rest everything tatsted artificial in flavour the cheese sauce for the fries is from a very local brand veeba and tatsed horrible. Overall not recommended you can get a lot of food from any other nice cafes in kolkata at this price point.

Had dinner this evening. Attended by this beautiful girl named Khusboo who gave me great suggestions on vegan dine in & take away. The manager in charge was also very helpful. Overall, superb service. Keep up the great work!!

This was our first visit to Burger King and it was great! Tried the Chicken Whopper, which is basically a bigger sized burger, paneer overloaded burger, Tandoor grill chicken burger and the chicken volcano taco. All the items were really good. The buns were soft and the sauce was pretty savory. My favourite was the tandoor grill. It's a part of the food court Worth try for burger lovers

I must say that all that glitters is not gold . Burger was average and i guess was not better than kfc or macd . Cold drink was literally water .

No plastic straw. Still they fail to give paper straws like keventers. That's sad.

Burger King Acropolis Mall- this is the only burger king outlet who are not capable to manage orders. They have delayed orders multiple times and once required order to be cancelled as well. Reasons- incorrect item in bag, missing item from bag, order handed over to other delivery executive and not knowing they have made the mistake and no attempt to correct that and the assigned delivery executive was kept waiting for 1 hour to pick the order, eventually requiring to cancel the order. Any number of feedback or responses are not helpful for this outlet and they also never receive calls.

Tried Nonveg Wopper Burger...the chicken was perfectly grilled..and the filling was good too and the grilled chicken wings was good to taste.
