Staff was completely confused and gave a feeling of forcing customers to register by giving them offers on the item you have selected and later saying that the offer is not available for that Item only. Staff needs to be trained for soft skills. Gave a feeling of being cheated. Collection is also limited.

I always prefer Caratlane park street. Mr. Soham Chowdhury is excellent in his service and even available for consulting and helping out with products over phone. He will help in coupons and very friendly staff. The others are not so friendly or approachable but Mr.Soham always sees the profit of customer and is able to show products as per requirement. The cash counting machine is flawed. Don't trust their count of cash. Count yourself and break up big amounts.

I've been to this showroom 3-4 times, last time being on their new showroom inauguration day last evening, on 9th September 2022. Despite the distraction of wonderful snacks being served, a violinist playing great live music and the general festive spirit of the place, there was no dearth of attention in customer service even for a small customer like me who just wanted to exchange something very small. The gentleman who served me (Arup I think his name was), was very patient and treated us with positivity and good humour. All the staff were very nice.
