I want a SINGLE occupancy CLEAN SECURED room (paying guest) with attached clean bathroom and KITCHEN. Fooding is NOT necessary. My budget is 6k to 9k. Location preference: salt lake city, ultadanga, kasba , beliaghata or any other place near (easily reachable within 20-30 minutes) to SALT LAKE city. It would be GREAT if there are fridge and AC and it is inside a gated community (Desired, not mandatory)

They were friendly but misleading. For 1 BHK flat, i was shown one room flat which was completely different from the picture that was shown to me. Also no apologies received! They convinced me that they show only genuine pictures and they took it themselves. They need to practise what they preach, thise would make improvement in the over all experience and improve review.

They are brokers not the owner of accommodation. They charge brokerage for their service, generally it amounts to rent for a month. They will show only some photos of proposed accommodation.

They have a wide variety of pgs/hostel, flats all over the kolkata. If you close a deal with them you have to pay one month of charge them as a brokery.

Approached Golani Property Agents in Kolkata to arrange a transit stay of few guests. Good variety of service apartments and well kept places. Overall good and comfortable stay has been arranged by them.
