So for the past 6-9 months, this outlet has been "Let's go there and check out whats new came" first, I bought my wedding band, then I visited there with my wife and got chains, earrings and a couple of other items... yes, it was pandemic time and they were taking all the necessary precautions but at the same time, service was top notch. making their patrons comfortable or any wish, they are there to accommodate it. 3 floors are there, depending on what you need and you will be escorted. they don't force or "sir le lijiye, bahut acha hai/acha lag reha hai aap pe" Being TCSer, we get an extra 5 % discount on making charge so another excuse to buy stuff ;)

I revisit this store for their diverse collection and staff behavior. I was helped by Dolly Singh who guided me on my purchase and helped me get the best price based on available discounts. My only request is to look for alternative solutions apart from spirals in finger rings to reduce sizes that will ease out some apprehensions. The team is very hospitable and makes sure you feel comfortable in the store specially if you are walking in with a senior citizen, the elevator facility inside the store is very helpful.

This particular outlet of Tanishq has great collection. The staff is really cooperative. Romy was very helpful. She helped me find the exact products I needed and was very patient throughout my selection process. Since my mom bought the product through her Titan encircle card, and my father's birthday happened to be in that month, she assisted me to get a special discount and Tanishq even gave us a cake for my dad wishing him a belated happy birthday as a sweet gesture. I would totally recommend everyone to go to this particular outlet and ask for Romy.

We were received by Antony DCruze and we had one of the best shopping experience ever. Knowing our requirements, showing relevant stocks, helping us with choosing the design and he even guided us during gold exchange. I always have a wonderful experience at Tanishq, mukti world showroom. Store maintainace during pandemic is superb. Collection is very good. Staff named Dolly Singh is always overwhelming, helpful, patient and has very good knowledge of the products and offers. She is vnever in a hurry and gives all her time in showing excellent products. I visited this store January of this year for the first time to buy my wedding jewellery. Since then we have ordered several pieces for my occassion. I am a finicky customer and I pay extreme attention to detail. On that note, I would like to mention sales manager Mr. Jeffery. He is kind and patient. He went out of his way to help me and my mother select our desired pieces.

My recent experience with Tanishq Gariahat has been very pleasant. Special shout out and kudos to Yogesh from Gariahat store who has been incredibly helpful in procuring the products ahead of time. Pretty bad service. No one wants to shows. The lady (Kakoli) showing us left midway for another customer. No interest in showing. Finally bought an item through a Trainee. Next went to gold coin counter. Was sitting as No one wants to show. Not sure why this sort of attitude. Will never buy from this shop again unless there is a real improvement of service. This is not expected from a Tata outlet. Moreover as compared to Kalyan, Malabar, Joy Alukus, I found both Tanisq and PC Chandra having similar service issues.

Their behaviour is very bad. One of the representative named Poulomi Dutta is very rude and she said No to my face when I asked her for help. Very bad behaviour. Very rude. And one of tranees were not even interested to show their designs. Very disappointed with the service.
