This Tanishq is at City center 1, at the front side of the Shopping Mall , right by thd Metro road. > Store is big. > They have good collection of both heavy and light jewelry. (Traditional and modern designs are available) > Good Service. > Fast billing process. > If u wanna exchange your old gold , they do it here , under the same roof , and time taken is not much. > Product quality is very good . I love what I got. Overall I liked my experience. 😊

He was very courteous and showed me the whole showroom, their latest collections, and even the place where they clean the jewellery. He also explained the transparent process of cleansing the same. They have also asked coffees/teas. So, I must say the service was totally 5 stars.

The experience is awsome. Today went to tanishq showroom in city centre 1 saltlake kolkata. Sales executive Mr. Sujoy Ghosh handled us very well. Got a rose gold ring today. I absolutely loved the service. They are warm and welcoming. Guided by Sayandeep Basak, he helped me select the perfect ring, very friendly and polite. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and my experience here. PS: they have an amazing collection.

Very good experience. We were hosted by Rakhi who showed jwelleries patiently while we chose the appropriate one, she also helped us to get some additional offer on our purchase. Variety of collections are available in the shop so, overall a very good experience.

Really not happy with the service. We went for exchange a gold chain and pendant 16.800 gms purity was 22 karat. In melting process it came down to 16.328 gms due to casual and careless process of the karigar department. Due to this 6500/- approx it was loss for us and we paid extra amount to the new gold where lost our good quality gold as well.

Hospitality was top notch. The staff were very polite and outgoing. Understood my needs and showed pieces accordingly. Wide range of collection to choose from. When in store ask for Mr. Arnav Dutta or Mrs. Rupsha Ganguly. Both of them are best in their profession.

Extremely bad service post buying. I am just taken aback by the behavior posed by them. I had bought a bracelet from this showroom (and had bought 2 before), after using it for 2 days, the security lock chain broke. I suspected damage had occurred before buying itself. When I contacted them (Mrs. Devpriya, the seller), I was told different things like - 1) why don’t you get this repaired to the place you’re travelling to 2) the “karigar” isn’t available 3) charges would apply (even though the guarantee period is still on). She misinformed us about the dates when Karigar would be available. Didn’t make any effort from her own side, she couldn’t contact other Tanishq centers and see where the karigar would be available. She didn’t even inform us when the karigar actually came in, such a laidback approach, even though the urgency was communicated explicitly. In fact, upon calling them multiple times, they initially didn’t receive the call and later received the call and put the phone aside. I am saddened to see the recruitment standards falling in a Tata Enterprise, especially Tanishq. Although I continue to be a Tata and Tanishq customer, I will never get into a showroom with such lazy, misinformed and rude attitude.

I went twice over a period of 2 weeks and I had a really amazing experience both times. I was attended by a lovely lady Rakhi Haldar who knew exactly what I was looking for and helped throughout the process of exchanging my old gold to buy new ones. The gold exchange process is also very transparent in Tanishq which was the best part of my experience in this store. Amazing designs, great customer service, all in all it was a perfect experience.

Honestly the services level are this store deserve 100 stars…. I did my purchase over the video call and the service was awesome…All the credit goes to Ritam from the store…he did arranged for the product from the factory and got it much before the commited time…In bought 2 products and one was not available immediately but without even paying any money he reserved my selected piece…I did call another Tanhisq store but there response was pretty bad and they were very reluctant to share the product link and details with me…unaware of the fact that I knew Bengali language they were cribbing about sharing information about the product….Ritam is one of the finest sales person I have dealt till date…would recommend every one to consider Tanishaq salt lake if they want to visit any Tanishaq store in Kolkata…I did call 5-6 Tanishaq store in Kolkata area but salt lake is best…

Apart from the spectrum of products that Tanishq has, the store staff is knowledgeable and courteous in their client handling.
