The 5 star reviews can't be real. I picked this location to fix my jewelry based on the great reviews here on google. I took my brand new necklace, bracelet and another necklace to this location for alterations and repairs. The man that took my items appeared very professional and helpful. I was so sure this experience was going to be great. Boy, was I wrong!. When I picked up my items one hour later I noticed he did cut my necklace but altered the appearance totally with his repairs. My bracelet was altered very sloppily and the necklace repairs he did appeared to be done but the next day fell apart. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Why pay them anything when they are going to mess it up and have you continuously go back for them to do more damage. They aren't cheaper. They aren't giving you any deals. You will be paying top dollar for them to damage your items. Rather than deal with these folks again, I decided to go else where where the jewelry repair skills were more par. DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS AT ALL WITH YOUR JEWELRY. You will regret it.

Both ladies there provided great customer service, really fast service for a watch battery change and the price was really good!

Staff is nice but they did not have a jewelry repair person on site. They offered me to take the jewelry to another location to fix but I would not be allowed to go where my jewelry was going. I decided to go somewhere else that was actually fixing my necklace in house.

I had some nice watches that needed batteries and a strap replaced on an expensive watch. They did a great job and sameday service.

We came in to get a ring resized. The lady is super sweet, professional, and made sure I got the correct size. The turnaround was less than an hour and I am very pleased with the outcome!

I went to get my necklace fixed. I believe they switched my chain.. it is longer than when I brought it in.. sadly I can't prove it.. they one up me. Don't trust!!!

Decent jewelry repair place. I needed a necklace fixed as the chain was broken. Both employees I encountered were quite pleasant. The place itself is a bit dusty on the inside but they’re good at what they do. Money well spent. I’d surely be back if need be.
