Simply stop looking. Dive Grenada is it. Don't bother with anyone else. Neal, the owner operator is at once the most kind, humble, and patient person to ever work in hospitality, and also a deeply talented and extremely highly qualified technical diver who has done some insane jump out of airplanes into the water crazy stuff in his life, and yet carries none of the ego or attitude that people with that level of experience can sometimes bring. His teaching style is methodical and perfectly paced. He gave my wife comfort for her discovery pool session and we never felt rushed or incomplete. He's a calming presence, but he has the weight of thousands of dives of experience behind him. He's also funny, fun, and interesting. Oh, and he had some great dining recommendations too. If you're staying anywhere close to Grand Anse (or even if you're not), go here. We were at Spice Island and his shop is essentially 90 seconds from our room. Can't sing his and his partner's praises highly enough. Absolutely phenomenal experience.

Dive with a Smile with Dive Grenada I have visited the island of Grenada many times and although I have dived with other groups I always come back to Dive Grenada for 12 dives. They are professional but fun, safe and accommodating to diver needs. They are based on the best beach on the island and next door to the best accommodation, Mount Cinnamon, what could be better than that I am already looking forward to coming back to dive with the team again

We did the snorkelling trip from Grand Anse beach to the underwater sculpture park. Great value for money and only about 12 people so nice small group. Very well organised and one of the crew helps guide you around all the statues. Nice pace, and you have plenty of time to see everything. Free Water and cookies available on board after (which are delicious btw) Highly recommend this company, great staff and very modern boat and equipment.

GREAT TEAM! I had Neal lead me out, (great guy - super polite and easy to talk to) very reasonably priced for a day out in the reef and underwater park. $25 you can even rent a GoPro with red lense from them, Neal was good enough to take my photos and videos for me. Professional setup. Would recommend 10/10

This was the second time with Dive Grenada. Last time was in 2017. I cannot begin to express how nice, competent and engaged the new owners are. My son got in a refresher dive with Neal and he was so personable and simple to follow. Great teachers are those who can explain something to a 16 year old in a way that a 9 year old would understand . My son had an amazing time and returned for 2 more dives. Cannot wait to come back. Top level customer service - nothing was too much trouble for Neal and Allie and the Dive Grenada team. Their ethos was you’re on holiday let us do the hard work of putting kit together and carrying out to the boat. You feel totally spoilt! Fabulous, safe diving with very healthy reefs and lots of shoals of fish. We also saw nurse sharks, eagle ray and turtles. Very organised, safe, excellent dive briefings and immensely enjoyable. Prompt replies to enquiries and emails and small group size which is great. I would highly recommend diving with Dive Grenada.

Dive Grenada is truly fantastic! I had just gotten certified in Barbados, and diving with Dive Grenada was my first certified dive — admittedly I was inexperienced and a little nervous. Neal and Allie (and their daughter Kaitlyn) were super friendly and reassuring and took me under their wing. It is a family business, all of their dive masters/captains are great, experienced, and confident (Marlon, Zhane, and Garry), and the entire operation runs smoothly, and is well organized. I even noticed that at the end of the week, before their days off, Neal and Allie treated their staff to drinks, and all hung out, to celebrate a hard week’s work. That says a lot about how they treat others and how well they all get along. Before choosing them, I called a few other local shops, and either the group dives had too many guests, and/or their schedule was inflexible, or they simply never got back to me in time — I just didn't get a good feeling from any of them. After speaking with Neal, I immediately knew that Dive Grenada was the right choice. They have really thought of everything and put it into place, resulting in a wonderful experience. I’m so glad that I went with them. Beyond the normal impeccable safety measures, fabulous dive spots, and all around superb dive staff, a few other stellar things stood out: 1. Their dive shop is clean, organized, and well run. They have new computer software that makes signing forms, payment, and tips a very easy and quick process. Their rental equipment is top quality and is nicely cleaned post dive. They keep the place flawless — from the front desk, to the restroom, to the storage bins (personalized with your name!) for you to keep your belongings during the dive. 2. They gave us delicious local homemade cookies and water after each dive; a nice touch! 3. My hotel was nearby, and they took the time to pick me up and drop me off! This is huge, as taxi services in the area are pricey and complicated. Door to door service? Amazing. 4. Neil was SO nice; he even rearranged his schedule to take me to the underwater sculpture garden, as it was my last opportunity with my travel dates and flights. 5. I had bought a new GoPro and stupidly forgot to pack it and was really upset. Neil had his team use theirs and gave me video via Dropbox. 6. Location!: Their shop is located on a gorgeous beach and is next-door to Mt. Cinnamon Hotel's “Savvy’s" beach restaurant. It has really good food, the best view, and is perfect to visit after your afternoon dive. They know the area well, are very experienced and friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you have a super dive and a fab day! You cannot go wrong choosing them for your water activity; they are the best.

Amazing experience finishing our open water certification with Dive Grenada. Neil, Marlin and everyone else were knowledgeable, professional, super fun and everything in between. Certainly will be back for more.. highly recommend for anyone of any skill level. Thanks again!!

I was the only person snorkeling on the day I went out, as all the others on the trip were diving. I had a great time with the guide showing me the reef life and giving me interesting bits of information. I will definitely return and recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic snorkeling experience with Allie and Neal! From the moment we started, they were incredibly attentive and answered all my questions. From the very beginning, they were like snorkeling guardian angels, answering all my questions and providing boundless encouragement and motivation for a beginner like me. In the water, Allie was an absolute gem! She stuck by my side the entire time, and I can't express my gratitude enough. The entire adventure was beyond amazing; I swam alongside enchanting fish and had an absolutely, positively, mind-blowingly wonderful time! Even when I battled a touch of sea sickness, they were right there to provide support. I highly recommend Dive Grenada to anyone, regardless of their experience level. They made the entire experience unforgettable!

We had an amazing experience with Dive Grenada. We got to do 10 incredible dives over 4 days; the dives ran the gamut from wrecks, to beautiful reefs, to visiting GAARP (the fantastic coral restoration project that Dive Grenada is pioneering). Owners/managers/dive masters Neal and Allie are terrific: friendly, knowledgeable, talented, and absolutely devoted to making sure their guests have a great experience. Dive masters/boat captains Gary and Zain are also excellent, funny, engaging, and know the area like the back of their hands. We could not have had a better experience and cannot wait to go back!
