I came here on their 2nd grand opening (Sunday). The decor was really trendy and aesthetic when I first went in. The staff were really nice. I had ordered the Black Sugar Boba & Pearl Milk w/ Cream Mousse XL Size ($7.75), the Black Sugar Mochi Boba w/ Cream Mousse XL Size ($8.25), the Fresh Taro +Boba+Taro Pudding w/ Cream Mousse XL Size ($8.50), and the Black Sugar Boba+Pearl Matcha w/ Cream Mousse XL Size ($8.50). The Black Sugar Boba & Pearl Milk w/ Cream Mousse XL Size ($7.75) was really good! It wasn't too sweet, and I can taste more of the black sugar flavor with this one. The Black Sugar Mochi Boba w/ Cream Mousse XL Size ($8.25) was good too, but honestly I didn't really see it as a very special drink, as it tasted a bit too sweet, but still not bad at all. Also, the outer parts of the mochi made the drink have a soft texture. The Fresh Taro +Boba+Taro Pudding w/ Cream Mousse XL Size ($8.50) was good too. I can really taste the taro flavor, but again it was a bit too sweet for me. The Black Sugar Boba+Pearl Matcha w/ Cream Mousse XL Size ($8.50) was, in my opinion, the BEST drink out of the rest! The matcha flavor was so strong (in a good way), and it wasn't too sweet like I expected it to be. Overall for the drinks, they all tasted very well. The boba was made fresh, as it was very soft and warm. Flavor wise, I have no harsh complaints other than some flavor is being too sweet (but that's just my preference). They only true downside pertaining to drinks is the XL size because it honestly just looks like a normal large size to me, yet they will charge $0.50 for the XL size that looks like a large size cup from KFT or Sharetea. It is kinda pricy, but I'm not really surprised since Tiger Sugar is a very popular Boba franchise. Again, service was very nice and organized (aside from the fact that they had a 1 hour delay due to technical difficulties). I won't critique too harsh since it was their 2nd day open, but hopefully that won't happen again in the future. In conclusion, I would definitely come back again! The vibes were nice over here and the drinks are all good from what I've experience so far. Tiger Sugar, keep doing what you're doing! :)

I was so excited hearing Tiger Sugar open in NOLA. When I waited the lines in New York when it was grand opening, the lines was worth it. The NOLA Tiger Sugar is delicious as it looks. The brown sugar syrup dissolves as you shake the drink multiples times. The cashier was very friendly with helping you choose. I got the original and the one with the pudding. If you want some jelly texture and your drink get the pudding. The flavor is very different from SHAREATEA and FOLLOW TEA. Since this has glazed brown sugar. I cant wait to try more flavors next time!!! Two drinks were under $20!.

Happened to be craving boba before we left town to go home and surprised to see this place on Google. Knew it was from Taiwan and had to try. Expected great things from their boba and they did not disappoint! Perfect QQ and sweetness and the even had the smaller pearls! A dream come true.

I order the Thai Tea with boba and it was really soft and yummy. The only problem with Tiger Sugar and not this specific location is the way they have a large and extra large cup but the large is like a medium and the extra large is a just large at any other place. So it feels a little overpriced. No hate to this location.

We just had the BEST boba ever. I had many different boba at different places even in Asian countries but THIS is by far the best. We had signature one and wow as soon as I took a sip my face just lightened up I couldn’t believe how good it was! It is in a little strip mall by the mall and it is little bit hard to find but I hope this place stays in business for a long time!

Black sugar boba. Was excited for this establishment to be the first location in New Orleans. They were extremely busy when they first opened, of course, because everyone wanted to give it a try. I tried it during opening week and even though they were super busy, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized and well trained the staff were. The orders didn't take long to complete at all. Fast forward to present day. They've been open for months now and their drinks and service are still consistent. The drinks were too milky for my liking. I wish it was less milky. The toppings are good though, especially the mochi topping. I don't think any other boba shops in the city offer it. I tried the teas too and they're ok. Not my go to boba shop but it's a nice addition to the nearby competitors.

The best boba place in NOLA currently. I have been hyped for Tiger Sugar since I first had it in New York in 2019. I'm so excited that one opened here in NOLA. While the size seems smaller than most boba places, it is very worth it. I recommend the Signature Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse. They don't skimp on the Cream Mousse, like some of the other Tiger Sugars I've been to. I also had the Taro, Taro Pudding Black Sugar Boba with Cream Mousse, which was also really good. I'll definitely be going back multiple times.

I didn’t expect large size is not large enough. 7 dollars is not cheap. Hope the menu can mark how big the large means, doubt it is 12 oz even. Put a compare photo.
