Extremely professional! Gariana makes the wax process as comfortable as possible. The space is always clean and neat, very inviting and relaxing. I am a regular client but due to life and all that comes with it, I've missed the past 4 months. Today felt like the first wax all over again but I made it and I didn't die 😂. I'll be sure to keep my monthly appointment from now on! Trust me you NEED this service! Add it to your self care routine, you won't be disappointed!

I asked for coffin shape and got square/round this is one of my worst nail experiences.The guy who did my nails rush the entire time, I think he was the owner!

My feet were killing me ... so I went to get the taken care of.... If you’ve girl or wife won't do your feet definitely come here.. they will take care of you..shot out to Asia women...

Horrible experience. Do not go here. Salon is not well kept and has roaches (we were told the roaches come from the restaurant next door) Calvin did my manicure and pedicure and I specifically asked NOT to have my cuticles trimmed. He instead said that I should just let him know if he hurts me. He did. He cut too much on both of my big toes and kept going EVERY time I asked him to stop. I should have left after that. He continued to ignore my requests as he did my nails and left 4 of my cuticles bleeding. When I pointed this out to him, he pulled out a bottle of blue solution and put it on the affected fingers. I asked what he used and only then did he tell me antiseptic. I was so disgusted with the entire experience. But to top it off he runs my card and THEN tells me he entered the wrong amount and needed to run it again. They charge a 3% processing fee for each card transaction so I refused to let him run it again. Just a mess. I'll never be back! It's the next day and my nails still hurt!!!

I’ve been a customer for as long as they have been open. My favorite nail shop period. Lisa is amazing! I moved almost an hour away and I still commute because can’t nobody do my nails like Lisa!!!

First and last time coming here. In less than a week, 3 nails came off. The first nail came off on the third day and 2 more came off today. I’m very disappointed. This has never happened to me. Obviously the glue is the problem…

The shop is clean...and the technicians are amazing... Joe is the best... I drive from new Orleans just to see him.. No one else can do my nails like joe

Good customer service, I appreciate the service there, also. I appreciate that they take care of my nails I know most places don't want to accommodate clients with long nails. But thank you for all that you do from the owner, and especially Lisa for taking her time out

Went for a pedicure and soak off the tech did not get all of the acrylic off of my nails. I had to ask for someone to turn on the jets for the pedicure basin. Polish on toes is lumpy and does not look professionally done. by the time she finished with me they were closing so I didn’t bother to complain. It was a total waste of money. Also the tech who helped me had dirty nails which should have been a red flag.
