Haircut and style was good. Very nice stylist. The three stars is for professionalism. There was clearly tension between employees. The salon is too small to be reprimanding employees when customers are in the salon.

i deleted my original review because i felt bad about being rude and was given a discount, but my service was still horrible. after waiting over an hour for my appointment with no help, I asked for highlights and to trim my curtain bangs. the highlights are blocky and not blended in at all and the curtain bangs are horrendous. incredibly blocky and not blended as i asked. i was not given the actual service that i requested. so disappointed since this salon is apparently “highly recommended”. will never be coming back here.

Those blessed w curly, thick hair deserve a warning. If you’re considering getting your hair colored by Bailey Dantin - just don’t. Went in for a lift and darker root blended to copper, but left w a burning scalp, an uneven mixture of blondes, wild demarcation lines, and a destroyed curl pattern. Another stylist was able to return my hair to one color, but my hair turned to straw from so much chemical and was knotting on itself worse than a cheap mermaid length wig after being shared around by the girlies on a two week Mardi Gras binger. I’ve spent hours detangling w literal clumps of it coming out and tried K18, Olaplex, etc. Unfortunately, I ended up having to chop off years of growth.

I came out completely depressed... Alan couldn't give me a layered cut as I asked, and finally a blow-dry that was definitely a failure... really not at all professional... my hair was burned!!! A disaster to let a client out like that...

Great haircut! Friendly staff. It was a very pleasant experience and they were able to squeeze me in last minute.

I got my haircut from Lucienne and I am very happy about it! It wasn't anything special, just some layers and a fresh cut in general, but we talked about it/ looked at pictures I chose to bring and it was really quick/ efficient. I am not used to somebody only taking an hour and making it still feel relaxing - so fully recommend! Also, she was fun to talk to and even explained a bit of what she is doing and why. :)

I have been going to get my hair cut by Lucienne (Lucie) for about a year now, and I always walk out with the most beautiful cut. She’s incredibly talented, but she also listens to her clients and definitely delivers exactly what you ask for. I truly don’t think I knew what a good haircut was before her. Now I leave the salon with confidence, and I’m always receiving compliments on how my hair turned out. Thank you Lucie!!!

Got a life changing haircut from here a few weeks ago! KAYLA thank you so much!! I told her I needed something super low maintenance that would just dry cute on its own. She gave me the most beautiful layers and cut all the unhealthy ends off. My confidence/morning routine have improved so much :') She was so friendly, made me feel comfortable, and really made me feel heard. She didn't try to push any expensive products on me either.
