Do not, I repeat do not rent from these people. I stayed here with my daughter for 30 days in J308 due to my insurance placing me here for Hurricane Ida. I left the apartment exactly how I received it. I didn’t even cook here because my stay was so short and I was always working and my daughter doesn’t cook. I left it clean and immaculate. These people deducted $200 for a resurface countertop charge. These people will make up any lie and any charge to steal legally. It is sad what 1st Lake apartments will get away with. Stay away from 1st Lake and from these specific apartments because it is not the first time this has happened to people renting from 1st Lake properties. $200 is not much but it is the lie that angers me. Don’t lie on me and claim I did something I didn’t do. Shame on you Bella Ridge South.

I have had an extraordinarily great experience since moving in after Hurricane Ida! We moved in due to our home being heavily damaged. I have not lived in an apartment for over 35+ years! The staff here is so responsive and great to work with on any issue or request. The apartment is extremely clean and the grounds are nicely manicured and well kept. They have a lot of amenities for the residents to use. The manager and maintenance staff (Phil and Heather) are so very helpful and just plain nice people. They are knowledgeable and have quickly handled the few issues I have had since moving into the unit. They have made the transition from my home to an apartment more palatable. I would highly recommend this complex. 5+ stars!!!!

Jessica was Exceptional! On a Saturday with 4 different groups needing her attention at the same time with Noone else to assist, she displayed every level of professionalism and provided outstanding customer service that represents this location very well. Luxury apartments speak for itself but the services she provided are hard to come by which completes this to be a 5 star rating in my book. Thank you for the showings as the plans are true luxury style, as well as your time in providing the necessary details for my wife and I. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Bella Ridge South has been such a great experience from even before I moved in! As I was moving from a different state, Sherri has been extremely accommodating and made sure that my move-in process was as smooth as possible. Aside from that, I love how modern and spacious my apartment is, and it definitely lives up to the pictures. Can’t wait to see how I continue to enjoy my experience here

As a life long Midwesterner moving to Louisiana for the next stage of my medical training, finding a safe and comfortable place to live was a top priority for me. After touring a variety of properties in the New Orleans metro area, Bella Ridge South stood out among the rest, not only due to the beautiful, spacious, homey apartments and spectacular amenities, but also because of the exceptional staff. Sherri and Phil were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process! Being far from home, I wanted a place that would be somewhere I look forward to coming back to after a long day, and I definitely found that in Bella Ridge South - so excited to move in!

By far the best place I have ever rented. Every amenity is clean and it is hard to find that in a pet friendly community. The dog park, gym and pool are AMAZING. Plus there is a modern office space if you want to study or work (the hot chocolate from the coffee machine is so good lol). Phil and Sherri in the office are so wonderful and helpful. The maintenance staff is always quick and kind. Love this place and all of our furry neighbors!

Cannot say enough good things!! The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The amenity spaces are beautiful. My dog is obsessed with the awesome pet park. The best part, though, has been the team in the office. They have addressed the few minor issues that we’ve encountered immediately, and always with courtesy and professionalism. It’s honestly been a pleasure from the day we moved in. We are so happy in our new home!

Since the moment I visited Bella Ridge South, it's been nothing but a great experience. The communication along with the great customer service given to me was more than enough to make my final decision in choosing these apartments amongst the many other's I visited. Living here is very quiet and I love my beautiful view. The apartment is very spacious and cater towards every need I was looking for in an apartment especially the kitchen and closet space. I'll definitely recommend Bella Ridge South to friend's and family.

The not-so-nice manager's name is Maria, she didn't want to check the rent estimates, she just said no and that's it.

We love living at Bella Ridge! We feel very safe and our apartment is so spacious. It was very clean when we moved in! The location is amazing. There are so many things to do/places to eat nearby. The front office staff is extremely responsive, professional, and so nice!!

I just recently moved into Bella Ridge South from out of state and the transition down here into this apartment complex was very smooth and easy! Phil has been such a great help with picking out the perfect apartment and keeping me updated along the way! The apartment is beautiful and the complex is clean. I had a slight issue with temperature control upon moving in but they were on it the very same day I reported it and fixed it right away. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. So far so good, I highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking in the area!!

The customer service here is astronomical! Sherry and Phil were very helpful with our registration and move-in process. They were there for us to reach out to them with any problem we have had. They are also very knowledgeable and invested in quality improvement! They want nothing but the best for their residents.The location is perfect for my roommate and I to get to work and is in the middle of all of the shopping centers and restaurants. The apartments are very clean, modern, and were ready to move in! I am very glad we chose this location!
