I have lived here for about 6 months and so far it has been pretty decent. I really enjoy the aesthetic with the old oak trees, the red brick buildings and the price of rent. Now the downsides. Flooding is a problem, not with it getting into my apartment, but with getting to your apartment. The drainage is not great and have gotten many wet shoes after a rain storm. The gym still isn't open even though they told me it would be open a few weeks after I moved in. Also, the A/C is dependent on the outside weather. Below 55 degrees is when the heat will kick on, so have blankets. Also, if you have guest that will come over, it is kind of inconvenient for them with the gates, which is also a good thing for safety. Other than that, I would say I am content, especially for the price of rental in the city.

Was thinking on renting a two bedroom from this place (mainly because my freinds lives here and loved it until this happened) I got off work and went to bring her some medicine and I was parked for a total of two hours(catching up with her) and they towed me. The reason was for “not having a guest pass or tag” it was 11pm on a Sunday. They were closed as the office isn’t open on the weekends. I guess you’re not allowed to have visitors. After I got towed I was told I can’t go get the car that night so I went first thing in the morning. They charged me 280 to get a car that they had for not even 12 hours and dented my radiator! I brought the car into the dealership because it was driving funny and I have a small hole in it. A total of 2500 in costs over me parking in an empty lot for a few hours. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. I dont and won’t recommend this place to anyone ever and my friend won’t either! Worst part is that I was the only person towed that night and my car was hardest to get!

This is my 3rd time moving back to this complex. Each time has been pleasant, but Jy specifically and the other sweet lady in the office are amazing, sweet and very helpful. Jy made me feel welcomed from the beginning of the process until the signing of the lease. I appreciate his attentiveness to making sure we have/had everything we needed during our move. Glad to be back here @ the Ridge :)

I was having problems with my A/C called management and Jules from maintenance came the next day. He serviced my air unit, very professional young man. He did a great job! I would like to commend management and maintenance for working expectiously in giving me great service.

My ceiling fan/light stop running in my bedroom,email a maintenance request 08/8; Jeff, supervisor of maintenance came 08/09 and located the bad wire, he replaced it and there was light again. I'm pleased with the quick turnaround time. Jeff's expertise in all facets of maintenance is appreciated. Thanks Jeff!

Magnolia Ridge Apartment is a lovely place to live, in my opinion, having recently relocated there. Jyrick Riley, a member of the staff, was especially helpful and supportive throughout the entire application and moving-in process. I would without a doubt recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home to check out the Magnolia Ridge Apartment.

The staff is so amazing, friendly and professional. Jyrick was the person I work with in the leasing office he was just so nice and cared about what I was looking for in an apartment and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I love this community It is clean They have their own park for the children Parking is large The apartments are comfortable and complete And you don't pay any bill other than the rent I love
