Worst smoothie king I have ever been to. It’s brand new and really nice. I Have never sat in line that long in my life with 2 cars in front of me. Like what are they really doing in there? Finally get to the window after 15 minutes and my smoothie is wrong. They need to clean house and start over with the employees. I will not be back. The one by seven And vets is great. Nice employees, respectful. Telly you hello. Ask you how your doing and my order is always right....

I pull up at this location to get a smoothie they just don’t act right . I won’t be back! They need a little more customer service training. Some speak but Brianna certainly didn’t talk much to us.They are always carrying on there own conversations inside the window and laughing. They never ask if I want to add anything else like a vitamin or a energy shot like the other smoothie locations do on Severn . On top of that I always hand them my smoothly king app for them to scan the barcode. She took my phone and I thought she scanned the barcode but she didn’t because I purchased 3 32 oz angel food and my reward points haven’t moved.

I went to this location twice in a row, Tuesday, Nov 2nd and on Wednesday Nov 3rd. On Tuesday, the woman taking orders was very rude. I told her I had a coupon and she caught an attitude and said, “ Well did you activate it, you need to do that” and looking at me with an attitude! I had already activated the coupon but she didn’t know how to add the sample new flavor in the system. Yet, she had an attitude with me. The next day, I asked for a protein banana add strawberries. The young lady started laughing. I asked why she was laughing. She said banana doesn’t come with strawberries. Now if that’s the case wouldn’t you clarify instead of laughing. I told her I wanted to add strawberries. She said, I didn’t hear you say add. Wouldn’t a simple question fix this? Why laugh and make my drink wrong? I had two different women both with attitudes. Please train them on customer service skills and dealing with the public. The smoothies were good which is why I rated this location two stars. Do better with your staff! I rather go out my way then to come back here and deal with attitudes after a long day.

Went there and my smoothie was OK. The same as any other Smoothie King but... after going to this smoothie king the way I drink and think about smoothie was changed forever by my cashier, Haydeen who was tremendous, his knowledge of the product was stellar. I will go back to this location and this location only, thanks to him. The staff was good but Haydeen was next level!

For some reason, the strawberry gladiator smoothie I got was warm and didn’t taste like the ones I ordered from other branches. Color was different from other branches too. Taste was unbearable, extremely disappointing experience

Best smoothie king! Love this location and will keep coming back. They always do a great job making my smoothie. The owner and staff are friendly.
