0/10, I wouldn't recommend this place. The employees do NOT practice hand hygiene. During my visit, there were about 5-6 employees standing around with gloves on. I observed several employees: touching objects, wipe countertop with a dirty cloth, take orders, make sandwiches, and collect money using the SAME gloves. NONE of the employees changed their gloves or wash their hands. One employee went as far as using his apron to clean his dirty gloves he was wearing & then made my sandwich. And to make matters worse, when I brought it to his attention, he began laughing. It wasn't until I requested a refund that another guy offered to change his gloves and make my sandwich. I regret not getting names of employees to report to the store manager. Witnessing all of this, has completely ruined my experience. I will NOT return to this establishment.

Although the sandwiches are good, my wife and I did not have a good experience at this location. We preordered two sandwiches that said would be ready in 10 minutes. It took at total of about 35 min and they still messed the order up (made a wrap, when we ordered a sandwhich). On top of that the staffed look very overwhelmed and no manager was really given direction to crew in the order of how things should go. They were also telling people they were out of bread...when bread was fully in view of everyone

Sandwiches are ok if you like Subway style. I don’t like the bread cut in two sections because the salad is falling and making mess. For the hot sandwiches, I personally would be more satisfied if the bread was grilled or toasted.

I first went when they were open for about 2 months. Everything was new and it had a welcoming vibe and the food was fresh and good, that wasn’t the case my last 3 visits and especially today. I don’t know what happen but this place is filthy. Tables are never clean, trash always near the entrance when you walk in and place always smells like toilet water and cheesesteak. The sandwich makers don’t even wear gloves when preparing food just after they threw the trash out. Got a bunch of teenagers in there always on their phones and the music selection couldn’t be any more distasteful. I placed my order and was going to pay for my meal then I saw them preparing and I said no thanks and walked out. I won’t be back til they tighten things up.

We had a large boxed lunch order for the Dominican volleyball team - the manager, Katelyn, went above and beyond to make sure the 30 sandwiches were ready on time and they wrote players names on the boxes. Most importantly, no tears! Everyone’s order was correct and the girls were complimentary of how good everything tasted. Thank you.

The sandwiches are amazing! I eat them probably minimum 1-3x a week, but I online order only bc the service can be SO rude. I went in today and the girl making my order acted like I disturbed her LIFE and soul for ordering a sandwich. I’m all for customer service worker kindness and empathy but let’s be real, that’s a 2 way street. I cringe having to go in and order bc of some of the attitudes, and the rushing rude customer line as well.

Very fresh everything and the taste is AMAZING!! Staff is extremely friendly and restaurant is kept clean for those who want to dine in. Definitely better subs than Subway.

These sandwiches are freaking awesome !!!!!! The place is fresh - new and clean. The employees all have a smile on their faces. Everything I've had from here has been great so far.
