They were great! They originally wanted to come earlier than expected - but they were able to change things around and come when it was convenient for us. The kids LOVED the Jump house - I even went it to check it out. It was super clean and really so much fun! We got the one with the slide inside and the basketball hoop! I would definitely use them again!

We had a great experience in using About To Bounce for my son's birthday party. When I saw the Frosty the Snowman bounce house I NEEDED it for his party! Drop off was easy and I was texted with an hour window for drop off, then 30 minutes before. Pick up texted 30 minutes before. The staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. The bounce house was food quality. It wasn't very "bouncy" but it was perfect because it also didn't sink in. It isn't large, but still a good size.I liked the round shape and that it is completely covered. The basketball goal was perfect! I was very pleased with this rental and my 2 year old LOVED it!

We have used About To Bounce for all of our kids birthday parties. The prices are the best around and the service is even better! I appreciate the text updates with the 1-hour delivery and pick-up window. The guys dropping off are very helpful - they go over the best placement for your yard, etc. The inflatables are always clean and just as pictured. This time we rented the popcorn machine too and it was a hit!!

This was my first time ever renting a space walk and I was shocked at how easy and simple of a process it was. I just selected the space walk we wanted, scheduled the date, and made sure the grass was cut. About to Bouce set it up and took it down in minutes. Literally the easiest thing I've ever had to plan for a party! I will definitely be renting a space walk from About to Bounce again in the future!

They also have a 20% off coupon on their website. Everything can be arranged online, and via text. But, they will return your phone calls to answer questions. The kids had a blast from the time it arrived until dark.. the service has always been great, units in great shape, and on time. I rented one this past weekend last minute and I was impressed by the quick response on facebook messenger and willingness to help me out. This company I have used several times and has always had top notch service. I've also rented the snowball machine one time, which was pretty cool, and the kids loved it. Easy communication, easy booking, easy delivery with convenient drop off times. They left the inflatable over night and the kids were able to play most of the next day so nice bang for your buck. They had a great variety of slides/jumpers/etc.
