I
am
not
writing
this
as
a
personal
attack
to
whoever
made
our
pizza
(although
honestly
I
feel
personally
attacked
myself),
but
this
is
unacceptable.
A
paying
customer
should
receive
what
she/he
paid
for
within
a
respectable
amount
of
time.
I
understand
that
when
I
am
ordering
from
a
chain
establishment
such
at
Pizza
Hut,
I
am
not
expecting
an
artisanal,
farm-raised,
ethically
sourced
flatbread
experience;
I
just
want
a
pizza
that
I
want
within
a
reasonable
time.
I
should
not
have
to
wait
over
2
hours
for
a
sloppy
mistake.
With
toppings
in
places
I
did
not
ask
for,
a
disheveled
composition,
and
a
complete
oversight
as
to
the
special
crust
ordered,
I
honestly
thought
we
received
the
wrong
pizza.
Furthermore,
when
we
called
to
figure
out
what
had
happened
to
our
over
$30
purchase,
2
hours
had
passed,
we
were
put
on
hold,
and
then
hung
up
on
after
waiting
10
minutes.
I
would
understand
if
it
was
an
incredibly
busy
night
for
Pizza
Hut,
but
our
google
search
showed
that
it
was
generally
not
busy
at
this
hour.
This
is
a
bit
overdoing
it,
Iām
sure,
but
I
think
such
a
large
corporation
can
do
so
much
better.
Raise
your
standards,
Pizza
Hut.
