Actually, they were very busy. (Friday evening) Our pizza was hot n delicious. They helped me carry my order to the car cuz I had my 2year old with me and was having trouble managing. And they were busy. I thought that was so thoughtful!!

I ordered the Big New Yorker pizza! It supposed to come with 2 types of pepperoni,and so I added beef&bacon on the ordered too! They only gave me the beef and bacon, no pepperoni, where I told them all 4 toppings! The female customer server,who answered, should have pay more attention Plus the crust was lopsided, the cheese&the toppings were dry,and it barely had any sauce on it!I would like to get a credit back on my card for this mistake! I hope you're are listening and reading Pizza Hut!

My pizza was hot,fresh and delivered in a timely manner..I had a Supreme added banana peppers and had BBQ sauce instead of marinara..It was one of the best pizzas I've had from Pizza Hut . This was Veterans Blvd in Metairie

It didn't have enough Gravy on the pizza even though I asked for extra gravy... The overall taste of the pizza was not as good as before... I bought 2 large meat pizzas and Not much meat on the pizzas... I was very disappointed... I feel Pizza Hut owes me a decent Pizza... Thank you

Very rude here hung up on me like 5 times while acting as if they were helping Messed up my order transferd me 5 times still can't fix the mix up this location needs new manager ASAP every one just contact the corporate office... Dont bother calling here .

The female who answers the phone on Monday nights 7/31/23 is very rude! Pizza Hut do better hiring your employees. Customer service with her is bad. Tone & attitude needs much improvement.

My pizza was 29 minutes late. I called after it was 15 minutes late and the manager was so nonchalant. She said the driver had just left the store and she doesn't know when he'll arrive. No apology of any sort. So almost 30 minutes late, the driver walks up with the pizzas turned on their sides!!! I knew immediately that the pies would be a mess and they were! I've reached out to Pizza Hut. Again, no apology at all. They gave me a coupon for my next order, as if I would ever order from them again 🙄

Always been and always will be my favorite pizza! Pizza Hut is one of the few restaurants that hasn't lowered their quality in the 30+ years I've been eating food from there. Staff at this location is very friendly.

Stop using door dash to deliver anything. They are a joke and don't care about your company or the customer. They bring half my order and say too bad call the store. The store is 4 minutes away. By the time she brings the rest of my order. 21 minutes later. I have a cold pizza. And no one could care less. Then don't work there if you don't care. It's simple.

My order was correct, it was ready on time, it was hot, the employee was friendly and pleasant, offered me parmesan and peppers, thanked me and wished me a good evening. Everything was as it should have been, no problems - which is becoming more rare these days.

I am not writing this as a personal attack to whoever made our pizza (although honestly I feel personally attacked myself), but this is unacceptable. A paying customer should receive what she/he paid for within a respectable amount of time. I understand that when I am ordering from a chain establishment such at Pizza Hut, I am not expecting an artisanal, farm-raised, ethically sourced flatbread experience; I just want a pizza that I want within a reasonable time. I should not have to wait over 2 hours for a sloppy mistake. With toppings in places I did not ask for, a disheveled composition, and a complete oversight as to the special crust ordered, I honestly thought we received the wrong pizza. Furthermore, when we called to figure out what had happened to our over $30 purchase, 2 hours had passed, we were put on hold, and then hung up on after waiting 10 minutes. I would understand if it was an incredibly busy night for Pizza Hut, but our google search showed that it was generally not busy at this hour. This is a bit overdoing it, I’m sure, but I think such a large corporation can do so much better. Raise your standards, Pizza Hut.

There was a so little cheese on our pizza and Our "cheese" sticks lacks cheese as well. However the chicken nuggets were champ!!! I think they should be able to check to make sure there is cheese on the pizza and the sticks.

Be more honest in your TV advertisements. Explain price shown does not include extras, taxes and delivery charges. My $12.99 pizza cost me over $26 (including $5 tip).

The driver was very polite and had a smile. The food was delivered on time and was hot. The grans kids loved it and enjoyed everything.

Great food very fast whether it's carry out or delivery. The employees are fun polite and helpful place is very clean great for a quick stop to grab a pizza on the way home. I ordered yesterday at 11:51pm and got it at 12:04 literally the best ive ever gotten pizza pasta cheese bread 2 desserts and 16 bonless chick unbelievable
