Tiffany is great with her customer service skills. She was helpful but not pushy. I hate jewelry shopping because the salesperson is pushy because they’re in it for commission. Tiffany was the opposite. There were a few people in the store but it was easy to ask to view a piece.

Alexis made my shopping experience at Zales an ABSOLUTELY great one. Her beautiful smile and her outstanding personality is what you call very welcoming and professional. I wish I could of given you a 20. Keep up the awesome job and thanks for everything !

My husband and I went to Zales on Black Friday at which time he purchased a diamond bracelet for me. We did not have the actual credit card with us at the time as it was laying on my kitchen counter. They pulled the information up and we purchased the bracelet. Two days later I opened the envelope to find my new card and a $100 off coupon for my next purchase. Since I had received the $100 off before I purchased the bracelet I figured I could apply it to the purchase I just made. I called Zales customer service at which time it took me 9.2 minutes to get an actual human on the phone!!! THEN after explaining what I was calling for she placed me on hold for another 2.1 minutes only to come back and tell me she didn't know the answer and to call the actual store it was purchased at!!!! I called the store and explained about the $100 coupon. The manager proceeds to tell me since it was a black Friday sale that the coupon is no good. I read the back of the card which said good for regular, sale and clearance items. He STILL said it would not apply because the bracelet was a black Friday deal. I argued and read the back of the card again to him. After going back and forth he said to bring the card and he would "see" if he could apply it! My frustration is I called both customer service and the actual store and neither knew an answer! Makes me want to close the account!

This store is heartless and take no responsibility when they mess up important orders. They give no compassion when explained that they ruined a special time in our lives. An engagement ring should not have taken over a month to get sized. Dont take your business here. You will get a better ring and faster and better service at sols jewelry on williams blvd. This zales treats you as a number and not a person who spent thousands in their store. Terrible experience!

Original visit: It was a Sunday (11-23), holiday sales going on, pretty busy, but was greeted and introduced to a salesperson. They did not have the specific piece I was looking for and I asked about prices for a few items. I was repeatedly reminded of the 30% of sale, I'd say about 6-7 times. I decided to order the piece I wanted without seeing it first. The process in store is basically ordering online like you would from home on a tablet they provide. I left, and once home changed my mind. This is where it went poorly. I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a representative who told me she put in for cancellation and I should receive an E-mail. I never did, I figured it was buried in my G-mail spam folder and decided it was OK as 7 days went by without a charge. Monday morning my card declines for a different purchase, check my account and the Sunday (12-1) before I had been charged. I called the 1-800 number again. I was now told that cancellations are not actually possible if you do not call within ONE hour of placing the order. There was nothing they could do and I'd have to wait for the ring to arrive, go back to the location to pickup and return the ring. I never received a call, but found an E-mail in my spam box saying the ring had been delivered (12-4) so I went that evening to take care of the return. They seemed very confused and one lady was a bit rude as I tried to explain what I was doing. I now have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. It's the holidays, I understand the people in the store cannot be 100% and honestly I have almost no complaint there. But the cancellation policy, the first telephone reps ignorance of their own policies, and the extra trouble of going back to the mall to pickup/return the ring seemed extremely unprofessional especially for a mass produced ring that was not custom. I won't go so far as to say avoid this location as there were some helpful caring people, but if you have to order online and are not 100% sure you may want to wait.

The customer service I received at Zales today was outstanding. Alexis and another employee went above and beyond to help me repair my engagement ring. They were very friendly, patient and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

So we've had several problems with some work on my jewelry done through Zales, but I have to say Angela (the store manager) is the sweetest, most helpful person I've ever worked with for my jewelry. She's handled everything so well and with the best attitude.

Online shopping was easy and chat support was very helpful. Ordered the wife a necklace and was delivered much quicker than estimated.

I love the service I received from Mrs. Angela at the Lakeside location. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend if you come here ask for her. She’s a Star!!!

Be careful ! I went to Zales on November 7,2022 at 1:50 p.m to check my items with my insurance. But the employee was very disrecpectful and asked a lot of ridiculous questions. She said "don't bring too much at once. ". But I bought all of them in the same month, and insured each item, so I had to check them all in November, and I don't have time to check them separate. No one will have time to do it that way. She was very angry, then she took all my items out of my sight to another employee, and she lost my ring. I went back 3 times, and called 2 times to check the camera, but they just said they can't check. It's hard to believe that. So upset.

All the salespeople were definitely "salespeople". No one wanted to help you and when you got help you were rushed. The salesman was nice but they don't make you feel appreciated for your business. Also, the necklace I bought was less expensive online then in the store but I suppose that markup is because of the building.

The employees were nice BUT we ordered am engagement ring and it had to be sized wellll..... ring came in & it was never sent to get sized so I was proposed to with a ring that didn't fit! Not his error Zales error..... kinda ruined the moment but all in all Blessed!

I went to zales to buy a new citizen watch. Found the one I wanted but once I got it home I found that it was not a new watch and had been worn and had scratches all over it. I didn’t go there to buy a used watch. It obviously had been worn and returned by somone else and they put it back in the showcase.

Great fast service and advice. This location has always been my preferred Zales.
