    Cant wait to get in a other session ! I love that it is one on one and the u ique nature with the endless rope, jacobs ladder and versa climber ! 30 min sounded sbort but theee is NOTHING short about this workout and Russell was awesome !

    I’ve purchased sessions with Mark. I am 51 with injuries in my knee, shoulder, and lower back from a mountain climbing incident 25 yrs ago. I have not been able to work out without pain or causing more damage, and I’ve always worked with a trainer. Mark adjusts every machine so delicately that I get the full benefit yet skip the painful motion range. I am a firm believer of SMX method and very grateful for Mark’s excellent work. Also, unlike some other trainers who sometimes speak or instruct embarrassingly loud, Mark is very professional and respectful to others in the GYM. Way to go SMX and Mark!

    I have been training with Russell for over a month now and am so happy with my decision to start at SMX. I needed a jump-start to get back into the gym and have actually stuck with it because of the training I get with him. He challenges me each week and has quickly learned what I can handle and how to push me. I'm not only seeing results but am feeling better overall. I highly recommend SMX and Russell !

    I have been training with Russell for a couple of weeks now. I wanted to wait a little before I decided on a review. It's amazing to see a gym as comfortable as this. It isn't cold and sterile but inviting. This it's personnel training only so you always have a knowledgeable person with you helping you do everything correctly and making sure you are challenged. He is exactly what I need to learn how to do strength training correctly and successfully. I can't recommend them enough for any age, gender our physical condition. They will make you stronger and more fit.

    I've been training with Russell for about 2 months and the whole experience is great. He is calm, patient, supportive, professional and always keen on progressing me to the next level. And the results are brilliant. I love that you can come in for just 30 (albeit very intense) minutes and leave like you've just done 10 rounds, but somehow it was bearable. And infinitely more bearable for the friendliness of the place. I am hooked!

    I have been training with Emile at SMX for three or four years and can recommend both him and the gym without reservation! The slow motion exercise model is entirely customized for each trainee, which I like. I have had back problems for years with a significant lumbar disc herniation, and Emile has been able to work with me so that I can safely see good results with both strength and range of motion. Emile is always trying to make the experience better by adding new equipment, changing up the workouts, and constantly asking for customer input. He has a great feel for people, and has hired an amazing group of trainers to work within his vision for safe, effective, and challenging fitness programs. Go check it out for yourself!

    I have been working out with Emile for nearly 6 months now and I absolutely love it. The facility and the people are wonderful. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. The whole reason I started with a personal trainer was because I have some health issues and needed someone that could educate me on what to do and not to do so as not to injure myself. Emile has made sure to tailor a work out just for me, and it is great. I highly recommend SMX to anyone wanting a great affordable work out that creates real positive results.

    Emile at SMX allowed me to meet my fitness goals! I worked out with Emile for two years before becoming pregnant with my first child. I worked out throughout my entire pregnancy with appropriate modifications. Without question, my postpartum recovery was much quicker and easier due to my strength and fitness acquired at SMX. I highly recommend SMX for anyone who wants to efficiently and effectively gain strength and improve fitness!

    I have been training with Russell for nine months and I can see the results. I am losing body fat and gaining lean muscle. My cholesterol values have also come down. SMX is an effective program and I highly recommend SMX as well as Russell. Russell is a great trainer!

    I was in town for a couple days visiting and did a couple of training sessions. The space is well kept and well equipped, atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I trained with Russell and had a great couple workouts. The approach felt challenging yet accommodating, and I really enjoyed the slow motion exercise angle.
