Great coffee place in New Orleans. Good coffee and lot of options. They have some great tea options. The seating is good and it can get crowded. The place has some good coffee beans. They have some outside street seating as well. The place has been recognized for its great coffee and ambience. They have a rest room for customers only. They have hot chocolate for kids as well.

Very friendly and helpful, no wait on Sunday morning. Nice large interior and nice outdoor seating too. Amazing amount of baked goods and pastries too!

Don't be fooled- they have STRONG coffee! It's really very good!

The location was very pretty on the inside, very nice lady that took our order,and they had a variety of choices but I didn't like the coffee. We got a macchiato and it was to sweet and didn't like the taste.

Love This Place! I Love the Velvet Ice beverages, and I also buy my bags of coffee from here as well the Anniversary Blend is my favorite!

Pj's has one staff member in the Howard-tilton location that is the single worst customer service provider I have ever met. She talks on the phone, ignores people, and takes her sweet time doing dumb stuff like stocking when the like is WELL over 5 deep. She doesn't ask before she makes things (wrong), she doesn't know how to answer questions, and she doesn't tell you what she is out of until AFTER you pay. I want you to know I have had enough bad experiences with this woman and I will not purchase anything while she is working because she is god awful. She wouldn't tell me her name, but she is working this min (4:38 pm on Sunday 10/26). I watched 3 other people give up and leave line too.

WOW where do i even begin. the sour cream and cheese is PHENOMENAL here. i also believe they open for the day at 6:30 which is SUPERBLY wow! 😍😍😍

Only PJs on Tulane's campus (out of a total of four) that has any re consistency regarding how they will make a given drink. I don't particularly care, so long as the drinks taste good, but it's good to know that when I like something it will still taste the same next time I order it.

I’ve been to this pjs many times trying to give them a chance. The coffee is fine but they often take a long time making it. Every time I get a food item at this location it is literally frozen solid inside. It’s to the point where my friends and I have an ongoing joke that the food is going to be freezing. The service is not good most of the employees are spoiled college kids. Go here if you want mediocre coffee but don’t get anything else.

I have come here SO many times in hope that it would be good this time around and 100% of the time without fail my food is FROZEN on the inside. This last time I went, three people in a row asked for their food to be re-heated. I thought at this point the owner or someone would figure out what the problem is but I think the rich kids that work here couldn’t give less of a flying f what they are serving. I desperately wish I had another coffee shop in walking distance because this really isn’t it.
