This place lives up to the hype, it was from the back of a recommendation and it ticked all the boxes. The menu selection was quite vast, we decided to go for the oxtail. The meat was well cooked, the sour dough bread to compliment the sauce was well paired. It really took my by surprise, I didn't know what to expect with such a pairing but it was good nonetheless. Atmosphere is an open garden set up, really nice with music. Definitely worth a visit, it's now my new spot.

Love the vibe here. A variety of delicious cuisines by different providers available here; Asian mix (my favorite), Burgers and steak, Cocktail bars. One of the bars closes at midnight on some days. Music deck available and there's usually a DJ available with good selection of music.

Wow, what a cool and trendy venue to have lunch or dinner. The tallest tree I have ever seen in the car park. And the food is excellent and good value.

My favorite cafe in Harare!! The environment is serene with greens. Seats under trees are my favorite spots. Staffs are friendly and service is fast. More importantly, the price is quite affordable with a variety of choices on menu compared to other similar restaurants. and those small shops located in the garden are nice places to stop over.

If you are looking for a place that will make you feel like you are not local, this is the place to be. It's beautiful and although we only had milkshakes, they were divine! Looking forward to going back for food.

This restaurant is one of the best in Harare, with four different decks of restaurants combined in a single property. Alongwith that, there are several boutiques and stores you can shop from. There is additional parking space. The property is quite big one, and you don’t really need to think twice before planning a lunch or dinner. The food menu is neither small nor extra detailed. The food was fine but the experience was extra fine.

We had to wait a few minutes before we were allocated a table but apart from that it's a great place to hang out! The vibe is always amazing, loved loved the live band, the ambience and the energy from the other patrons. The food was equally delicious and was surprisingly served on time despite the heavy flow of diners. Meals are fairly priced too. There is a kids play area. Staff was quite friendly and helpful...always willing to assist.

Came here for the first time for lunch on a Monday. Pros: Value for money, delicious food and attentive staff. Cons: The menu has a wide variety of food options but they're only served on particular days. So if you want a pizza you can only get it on a Friday...

Food was well-prepared and tasty. We had the Monarch burger and the Mushroom & Blue cheese burger; I couldn't really taste the blue cheese, other than that the burger tasted great. They have a play area which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a live band performing which was absolutely lovely.

First visit.. busy place in a great location. The food arrived quite late with the toasted sandwich taking the longest. I would recommend this place however on checking the bill we were charged for 18 beers when we had less than half..

Great tasting food for sure, that I will give them. Service delivery, very poor. Maybe they were short staffed when we went today but it took 1hr, 30mins from the time we paid for the food till the time it came to us. Really frustrating when you were hungry for that famour blue cheese burger which we didn't get a chance to eat cause they had run out. So overall wasn't impressed, but I'll try go back next time earlier. So the 3 stars are for the food, the other stars they'll get next time. The place has a nice vibe though, green lawns, outdoor tables and chairs. You've also got a few more restaurants there like Oso Sushi and Little Eataly. There've also got a bar there, great drinks. There. Secure parking, there's 3 security guards manning the overflow at any given time.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here in January. The place was packed, so very popular!... Very trendy. We went on a Sunday so it was not a table waiting set up...self service set up was efficient.. Great food (Best blue cheese and mushroom burger I've ever had!), good portions, live band, good pricing...an all around great experience for us both!

Queen of Hearts has been a go to for a few years now and it's nice to see how they have and are evolving (even amidst the pressures of COVID-19 regulations). In terms of food, the Italian place has divine food and wine; the sushi offerings are not bad at all and the other meal and beverage options are quite good. The wine tastings here are also wonderful! They sometimes have live music and markets (ex. Christmas markets). Follow them on Instagram for up-to-date information, though. All in all, a lovely garden establishment to place to spend time with loved ones.

Still as great as ever. You can tell there was definitely some impact from COVID and all - what restaurant business anywhere hasn't though, to be honest - but compared to many other such establishments, they seem to have things well in hand and are doing brisk business as a result. The food's still great, the ambience is still great, the live music is great, the service is great, the parking is still ample, and the myriad other services (bar, cafe, gift shops, et al) are still available. Definitely still one of the premier places to eat out at in the city.

Food is great and vibe too. Place gets packed at times. There is a sushi bar with a cheeky lady attendant but all else is divine. They serve pizza, grills and burgers too. A couple of boutiques on site. Has a Capetown market day feel to it.

It's a whole vibe, family friendly, amazing food. But food sections close too early considering that alcohol and food tend to go hand in hand. Would be nice to have hours extended to 10pm maybe? But there is nothing to fault really. Also the gin board is gone😭. Please bring it back. A must visit place.

I love the Queen of Hearts complex! It has a lot of little boutique shops with cafes, and health shops, and a great kids shop called Bratz Basement with everything in it for all kids gifts and crafts. The grounds are stunning as well. A small kids playground area. A great complex and meeting ground for friends

Great atmosphere. As well as the restaurant there's some interesting shops. I love the Cottage Bites boutique bakery. I'm not crazy about doughnuts but they're doughnuts are well worth the trip. Ordered some food from the restaurant a couple of weeks ago. I had the peri peri chicken, but was rather disappointed as the chicken was dry and they were stingy with the peri peri sauce.

I actually visited Rolf Valley Pharmacy at Queen of Hearts. But I have been to Queen of Hearts. Lovely place to watch football with the boys, lovely crowd and awesome service from! The team. A must try if you are considering them. Try the steak, medium rare, trust me you won't regret it. They have a world class chef who is passionate about his meals.

I interacted with a one Chico and Fireboy. Great customer service. Both went out of their way. Also interacted with a lady dressed in black who was very rude. She threw a menu at my cousin and I when we were asking questions. I apologized to her later if I had offended her but I don’t know what her deal was. Disclaimer, I did not offend her.
