    Untrained waitress who didn't know what black pepper was. It look 10 minutes to get a double gin and tonic. Westgate also happens to be a very dead mall in Harare. So do not expect to see many people at La Rouge.

    It's reasonably cheap and chilled.. The only bar left on the Westgate mall.. Cool place especially for watching football with friends..
