Strategically positioned close to Borrowdale Road and has modern settings, the lights bring romantic settings and the food as fresh as you can get. Awesome Food just like we used to have in India. Even ambience is also give you feeling like a King. Even waiters were wearing Turban overthere with matching Color dress with Ambience. All food tried at Taj Restaurant Harare was delicious. Price were also Fair with quality and availability in Overseas.

The food tastes the part

Was met at the car park by a waiter with an umbrella as it was really hot. Menu came immediately as i sat down. Waiter explained all the items on the menu quite well. Got the honey potatoes starter, which was bigger than i expected and very yummy. Highly recommend it Also got the chickpea curry. Seasoned nicely and again, huge portion. Food came with 3 different side chillis to add on. Great place for those who like spicy food. Service 10/10 Food 8/10 (food was a bit too spicy for me) Ambience 7/10 Bill in pics

Delicious Indian with great service, especially enjoyed the prawn curry for a while. It is on the pricier side, and the decorations (with the plastic mannequins) are quite scary...but to each their own. Food is excellent for anyone craving something a little spicy, as you can choose how hardcore you want to direct your tastebuds.

This venue is well lit and has the vibe of the Taj. We had starters and the portions were huge, felt full quiet quickly. The main course was mutton and a chicken dish. I asked for hot but the mutton was mild. The food here is tasty and spicy and the portions are big and affordable. The wine list is slim but its a good night out

I saw this on the map and decided to come for a solo lunch. It's a little bit on the pricier side so it's a treat for sure but the food and service was wonderful. The waiters are very attentive and the butter chicken was very good. The naan bread is GIANT! The outdoor seating was lovely with the view of the orange blossom trees on Borrowdale and the fountain. I'll be back.

On Saturday night we decided to went taj restaurant.. n that decision was worthy from the entrance i wad jus in love of ambiance cleanliness and the interior just caught me for a moment... We ordered the food and beyond my expectations food was so yummy n tasty 😋 service was epic staff was friendly and helpful manager was so lovely and she was attending every customer.. literally you are going to feel yourself as a VIP person and customer there.. Highly recommend to all for the occasions and parties bcx they have huge space with beautiful interior and eye-catching wall colors... Keep it up guys 🙂

The food is quite tasty with affordable prices. If it's your first time trying Indian food, you'll enjoy the different flavours their food has. But for a first time experience I could've enjoyed more if I was helped to understand how the menu works. I ended up ordering more food than 2 people could ever eat. I also found myself being forgotten by the waiters after asking for assistance.

My 1st time at this venue. Lovely and spacious. The chairs are so comfy! A very warm welcome from the waiters. Wheelchair access available. The smells wafting out from the cooking were so delicious even before entering the building! I sat with some friends who were having a sit down dinner, and I ordered a take out for my hubby and I. A really great restaurant. If you like spice and Indian food, this is your place to be

Nice place!! Ordered take away indo Chinese food. Excellent quality and five star taste. Quantity was up to mark. Highly recommended if you are indo Chinese food lover. Next time we will taste other dishes. Owner informed us that they added Dosa in the menu available from Tuesday to Saturday.. We are south Indian food lover and will try soon.
