Tasty and very fast service and friendly staff 😋

The service was great really, didn't hv to wait long before placing an order , the waitress was really polite n fast , the food in general was okay , I got a meal with a crunch burger ,fries ,wings n a piece of chicken, the only downside was that the portion of fries was really really small n the piece of chicken was too oily for me ...but I would totally go back again

The place is amazing.im just leaving the place now,the food is awesome ,the customer service is great and the environment is just lit! Keep it up KFC.the cleaners know what they do,they dont keep litter on the tables,they make sure the place is clean and very well maintained 🤙

They do keep the place smart with however busy they get. Nice tasty chicken. It's really good. It gets pretty crowded if you wanna sit in during the day, from 6pm it's not that crowded and can enjoy a sit in

I enjoyed their food and I had a date there. It wasn't a disappointment as such but they could try and give customers the portions that they advertise. False advertising on portions is always aggravating. Great shop though but some of the ladies that work in there could be a little nicer especially when giving people their change back.. Then again, KFC in the UK is a totally different story but at least they are trying.

One of the few great restaurants in the capital city

I was charged double when i visited this Kfc last week. Only noticing that on my statement today. There is no viable route for refund/communication, unless if someone advises plz. Thank you

This is slap bang in the city centre area, and so gets crowded. The mshika shika drivers also take up much of the outside parking. A queue forms inside which might entail a bit of a wait to make your order and then collect your food. The seats 💺 are quickly filled and fortunately staff are quick to clean up and tidy up. The washrooms 🚻 are a bit inadequate but also well maintained. The chicken 🐔 itself is classic 🍗 KFC.

Getting wings is a gamble 🎰. But all the other options are a great 8

Located right in the middle of the CBD , it is a convenient place to grab breakfast , Brunch , lunch and sometimes dinner. The portions are alright and you have just got to love the fast service. It is 10 minutes max wait time for bespoke orders which is a great deal in my opinion.

So far no spot comes next to this one. They could use more space though but otherwise 💯

Dunked chicken nuggets! That was my highlight. Otherwise, the chips have improved since I first tasted them. They are now full of flavour, and the chicken is the standard KFC chicken. I went there with my girls for a fast lunch, it was my first time sitting in; it's not that the spacious and its in a busy spot I realised. They didn't have crushers and dunked chicken wings, so it sort of spoiled the fast luch idea because the wings are one of my KFC favourites. I hope they'll improve on that. Wonderful lunch otherwise! The dunked chicken nuggets did it for me.

As busy as it can get, they try to be quite efficient and make sure orders do not delay. The food mostly is nice, I was served by Modester and she is very very accomodative and friendly. Thank you

T’was nice experience through they give limited sauce. if Someone wants additional sauce give them after All its For free. Eating chicken with One sauce How do you feel???????????

By comparison to other fast food joints its a cut above. The chips leave no oil residue on your fingers and the chicken is well cooked. Place is a bit small though and in this heat a comprehensive solution to air conditioning would be appreciated.

The place is nice. Nice sitting area, very clean. The toilets were super clean. Had a nasty experience with the attendances who give people their orders. They showed poor customer service. On top of this they refused to give me tomato sause even though I could see that its there. I how ever enjoyed my chicken and fries without the tomato sause. Overally it was a good experience.

Visiting this place and having a meal at this place really brings a warm welcome to those of us who work in the outskirts. Time between ordering and delivery is on point. Covid regulations are on point and being followed religiously.

Good service. Pretty quick, maybe because it has no drive-thru. Wheelchair access is there, clean toilets too.

Service was slow, staff was friendly though, the burger was cold by the time my whole order was served. Maybe just a bad day...

It's OK just a lot of standing by people cinducting all sorts of businesses around the lovely area.

It's a convenient place for a bite to eat. On weekdays, at lunchtime there aren't many people, there's no noise in the hall, it's clean enough. Orders are taken and dispensed quickly.

The interior is on point, it is really nice, it is warm and cozy. But its location its in a preety busy place, not appropriate for having a business meeting or a date. Its noisy and too congested it affects the quietness. However if you are looking for a quick bite it is convinient.

My order wasn't on the 'ready to collect'. I had to inquire, but, other than that their services are satisfactory. They were open even after the time marked on this page though. I tried their dunked chicken nuggets. They are worth it, with actual fillet. They offer takeaway and sit-in for vaccinated patrons. There's an area dedicated for those waiting for their orders, that's convenient.

It's not everyday you walk into a Zimbabwean shopping outlet and walk out smiling. One of those few moments is when you walk into KFC Joina City. Here's what happened on my recent visit. The queue was super short. A smiling lady served me: her name was Joyce. The exchange was really pleasant. In a few minutes my meal was ready. I also interacted with Cathrine. I call her Cathrine the Great, for she was super courteous and charming. I was so enchanted, I couldn't say No when these nice ladies asked me to complete their survey. And the meal when I got home? Chef's kiss!

I ordered online, did my transactions online. When I went to the store to collect my food they said they don’t have option of paying online, yet I payed and showed them proof. I had to pay again and I was told that they will contact me and my money might bounce back which is highly impossible.

It was a notch above all the fast food shop that I one visited 🫶
