I was not so sure about this place but I was convinced to dine in. The service was really great. I had the mocha bubble tea which was delicious but would have been nicer if it had been more chilled. My companion and I shared the classic sushi combo which was delicious. The options were served to perfection. It was also great to know that You Real is halaal.

I absolutely love this place. I, myself am not the hugest fan of seafood, so my first try was mouth watering. For non seafood lovers, like myself, they had great Fried Chicken Wudong Noodles which I have to say was THE BEST meal I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The atmosphere was authentic Japanese, which is a first for me and I loved it. They had a great vibe, everyone was friendly. It didn't take long for the service, which by the way has been the best out of all the restaurants I have tried in Harare. The owner herself was such a pleasure to talk to and to be honest, I will definitely be coming back here and I would recommend it to everyone I know. The drinks were amazing, I have never had a liquorice milkshake anywhere else and this place is going to be my home from home. Stop by You Real at Sam Levy's Village and try it yourself, I bet you won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer service and a great menu with multiple options available. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the environment is very nice. The restaurant is very conveniently situated in Sam Levys Village.

Visit the You Real Japanese restaurant, and get to try some of their sushi! It honestly is the best sushi I have tasted in Zimbabwe, and I will definitely be going back for more. They have a variety of sushis, and I am looking forward to tasting their their other sushi. When I was there I had a taste of their fresh salmon sushi, tempura shrimp sushi, and fruit sushi. These were all mouth watering and definitely deserve a 5 star. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant is also very appealing. I would encourage you and your family members and or friends to come here for a sushi date. 😊

Pleasantly surprised by this Japanese restaurant which had an authentic ambience and served good quality food quickly. We ordered the Japanese garden salad, fried rice, salmon sushi and eel... everything was exquisite. Definitely visiting again next time we're in Harare!

Everything finely crafted and made tastefully. Their sushi menu also includes platters to share and great options for catering large crowds. There’s something for everyone. Their ramen menu also has many options with my favourites being their Spicy braised beef and their black pepper beef udon noodles. Other options are the Beef bibimbap, chicken curry rice and beef tomato soup. Definitely worth trying. You Real caters for everyone having variety in dishes and flavours. For an authentic dining experience I suggest you sit in and have time to go through the menu and options. An This location is clean and well decorated. Seating is available in more open as areas as well and beautifully designed tables that offer a little more privacy. This restaurant does serve alcohol. Parking is available as this location is in the Sam Levy’s complex. A must visit for any sushi lovers. Highly recommended by me. 4.7/5 Star rating.

I tried the Rmen Beef Noodles, and I have to say...it was quite the experience. The taste alone was spectacular. The Fruit Sushi was by far the extravagant conbination of flavours and yet, it sparked wonderful memories. I would definitely recommend You Real Restaurant. Great place and atmosphere.

Great Japanese food restaurant in Borrowdale. We had the grilled eel on rice and stir fried chicken with rice for our main courses. And for appetisers we had the prawn tempura, a california roll, and a temaki set. Surprisingly the sushi came out last. But all were good. Very well presented. And the waiter we had was great. Will definitely be back again.

First time trying japanese food, I was not disappointed. I obviously had to Google how to use chopsticks, but they do provide you with forks as well. The menu is great, they actually explain what each dish contains. This was a welcome development to us novices when it comes to japanese food. I tried the beef ramen. Service was okay, not spectacular. The food however is fantastic. It did take forever to come though, but I suppose great food takes time to make. It is also affordable, prices aren't ridiculous like most places. The place has good aesthetics. There's a choice to either sit inside or outside and it wasn't crowded which I liked. Definitely worth a visit.

The waiter mixed up our order but despite that the service was ok. The food was brought out quickly and it was hot. Some dishes were a little under seasoned and the stir fried rice with chicken was disappointing. It was my first time trying sushi, we ordered a mixed platter, it was ok. Will go back to try more dishes tho

Honestly one of my favorite places to eat but recently we lost track of time which was definitely our fault, as we were having such a good time and enjoying the food, but was met with not the kindest remarks from who I can only guess was the owner or manager. Which ruined an almost perfect memorable evening. Other then that a place I’d highly recommend.

Very nice place, esthetics wise hence the 2 stars otherwise I was very disappointed. Food is just basic and would give the service 0 stars if I could. Waited over 10 minutes after sitting before a waiter even attended to us to take our order and when the food eventually came only one dish came out (it was a table for 2). Had to wait almost another 20 minutes before the second dish came out and when it eventually did it was cold. Had to ask for it to be warmed up again in addition to all the time spent waiting for the food. Was really disappointed. The staff and management definitely need a crush course in dinning etiquette.

Absolute worst food I ever had no lies, the chicken gyoza was okay, but the beef ramen and the beef rice bowl were absolutely awful. First of I was with my friend we ordered our food and they brought out his rice bowl before my ramen, like 15 minutes before, in what world is that logical considering there was only one other customer in the entire restaurant. The egg on my ramen was not runny at all hard boiled, the broth was basically salted water, this cannot be the ramen I see on YouTube, the beef was tough the noodles were just sogy and thick, my friend had a bowl full of boiled beef and onions absolutely not it!!!!! Do not recommend, hopefully their other dishes actually taste like food!

Very nice spot, staff is quite prompt and friendly. I only went to try their sushi and it was quite alright, we had the chicken California roll which is never tired and it wasn’t as bad as I expected. I just didn’t like the fact that there seemed to be too much rice in the sushi roll but other than that I’d recommend them.

I've had sushi here many times and the sushi is always tasty and fresh. I decided to go there for a sit in meal and was unbelievably underwhelmed. The authentic dishes you would expect to be excellent were abysmal while the steak and chips the kids ate was better prepared. The teriyaki chicken rice bowl had (exactly) 6 small pieces of slimy boiled chicken on a huge bowl of plain steamed rice. The miso ramen was poor, the soup had strange flavour and the noodles didn't seem tasty at all. Overall, would not recommend.
