Ordered two burgers today only to wait for more than 30minutes and get cold burgers that were not appetizing at all. Was extremely disappointed in the service and the lady who served me didn’t even bother to apologize for the bad service they gave to me and my friends ..Below is a picture of the burger i was served today !!!

A pretty good spot. It’s one of those steers that never really crowded like what you’d expect in the heart of town. There’s easy parking and quick service. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from steers overall. Thumbs up

The food is great but your employees need transport from areas like Newlands to town. I picked them up the other day at 10pm.... This isn't safe at all. Management should make a plan esp for those in areas that are hard to get public transport.

Not the freshest rolls. But the food is hot when it comes and it's well priced for the chain restaurant it is. A few adjustments and it could compete with the Steers franchise in South Africa.

The bun was stale😥, there was no cheese futhi aaaah guys I'm deeply hurt shame. Please do better on next week's wacky Wednesday 😭

Clean space. Quick service. In and out with your meal within 15 mins. Burger patty extremely dry, the sauce on the burger was of little help.

Convenient take away tucked on Monos building in Newlands. One of the quieter branches as the rest tend to be overcrowded. I like their ribs and they also offer a rotisserie chicken and their prices are decent. Our kids like the ice cream and the wait for order is not bad at. Pity that the shopping center is dilapidated.

Very good customer service. From now on we are starting a YouTube channel and I will be doing some reviews about popular and new places in Zimbabwe

Wrong orders. High prices and it takes far too long to get your food. I wasn't blown away.

Four ladies at the register and none could yell out our number telling us that our food was ready.. so it was very cold by the time I walked up.. it would have been fine had they been busy but instead they were just standing chatting..

Bun was not fresh and flakey, beef patty was very dry. Nothing like the tantalizing running advert and pictures. Ended up sharing a Rib burger that saved the day. We try again another day

The service was a little slow. Food was delicious and the burger was well cooked. The portion of fries is a joke though. 7/10

The food itself is average. No different from Chicken inn especially the fried chicken and fries themselves. The burgers stand out but nothing overly exceptional. The restrooms are deplorable to be honest (Gents that is) Lighting is poor, soap is hardly ever replaced. The smell of urine is always the first to greet you, the dryer is dead and no paper towels are ever put! Parking is not easily available if you wish to park close to the fast food outlet. The road strip has potholes. However, the ladies at the ordering desk do their best to serve you with efficiency ,wide smiles and with patience as you go through their menu. To me that was reassuring. Atleast

Good food served and friendly faces. Burgers are on point and the chicken is succulent, u must try the ribs though they are amazing

The burgers are really 👍😊. Juicy, smokey flavour. And not forgetting the signature spiced chips😋

Had to wait 45 mins after paying before getting saved and it has the worst fried chicken I have ever tasted in my life. It had zero seasonings and was dry as xardboard

This place is cool, it's hardly ever crowded, especially if you go at night after work. The service is superb, and the food is worth the price. They should try and have more promotions, though..on ribs🫣

It being a franchise...I feel they are rather complacent. Staff can do better on customer service.

Regular old Steers but with more carefully made food. And the ventilation is good so you can sit in without worrying about the smell of grease ruining your appetite. Also, the parking at Newlands sucks! Parallel parking, very few slots, especially for those who want to park right next to Steers

The food was amazing. Enjoyed every bite of the burger and chips and not to mention the ribs 😋 The place was nice and clean, including the toilets (speaking for the gents). Awesome customer service too.

Good complex, but the girls that work at bakers inn are rude and they dont know how to deal with customers. Bad service.

One of the best located Steers outlets in the city. Larger because its isolated and doest come paired with a chicken Inn or any of the other inscorr brands. Usually very quiet and never too busy so you won't have to wait too log for your order. Staff is very friendly as well. Only missing a star because sometimes the newlands parking can be a bit nightmare.

It was honestly delicious. The chips were done very well and the burger had a lot of flavor. The bun was just a little large.

This is a really decent takeout outfit. The food is always as good as it can be and the staff is quite pleasant to interact. On my most recent visit I was served by one Melissa. She just lights up the room. She smiled nonstop and made sure our wait time was slashed to a minimal.

Just sitting there dining, enjoying plain fries and chicken after being denied sauces. Disappointing.

I was craving for the wacky Wednesday deal honestly spent my day craving for it and waiting I literally had to finish everything so that I enjoy my burgers with no disturbances then the delivery guy finally came with my order…I’m a fan of cheese and how do you explain a burger with no cheese …I’m highly disappointed..with mustard only ah guys no !!!!

Nicole should not come to work if she is tired or sick ! She served me very slowly like she was forced to come to work. I placed a very clear order which she verified and i swiped. She said i have to wait for 15mins which turned into 25mins. When i finally got my order i noticed that there were extra pieces of meat. I asked to see my receipt again and to my dismay she had added 2 pieces. I had already swiped and knowing that its difficult to get a refund i had to just accept their mistake but i asked them to change the chicken breasts to thigh and drum too which i had specified in the original order. I was told that i had to wait another 13 minutes !!! You have poor customer service. Time is precious , pull up your socks steers newlands ! Please give Nicole some time off. The chips had a dirty brown colour and were soggy with oil. Wont be going back there.

Good freshly roasted food. Good location and atmosphere. Excellent service
