They serve the best sharwamas in town. Neat and clean enviroment. A bit small and casual though. Good place to go with the kids. Conviniently near the rank making it easily accessible when you are using kombis.

The Branch has greatly improved , i mean looking at the quality of the food and the increase in diversity of products and increasingly speed of service by the day. I personally give the branch a thumbs up. Its a great place to grab a quick delicious meal. WELL DONE & KEEP ON PUSHING!

Recieve the worst service at the L Takawira branch, from the moment i walked in cldnt figure out where to pay and noone is ere to help yu, wen yu finally get to the till point they tell yu we arent taking swipe its on the next till (which is unattended) 10 mins waiting for the tailor they tell yu to vome back to the org que. Finally after making the order yu wait 20 mins to get the food, by this time the appetite ia already gone. Then to round it off the meat is burnt and the chips taste raw!!! Im never eating here again!!

Customer care us lax and shawarma had too much salt

NOT HALAAL Used to be one the best, now they are NOT certified and they do now do PORK on their menu. A real shame Standards have also dropped to very low with poor lighting and weak customer satisfaction We hope they revise their stance on halaal status as it has really affected their business on the worst turn Delicious freshly prepared foods to wet your appetite. Ice cream is tasty also.

It's a nice place to hang out and est out. Reasonably priced food

A fast food outlet that has fast service. Its offers both take out and sit in dining options. The food is well cooked and served quickly to waiting customers. They do not have a unique taste that can be meticulated to their ingredients and way of preparing the french fries and chicken.

it was a Saturday the place was packed. The sitting area was packed, we couldn't find a seat. However the customer service was fair, everyone seemed to know what they were doing. i am sure speed is their motto, the way those guys are fast👐👐 i have been to other eat n lick branches but eat n lick first street has super fast people, from taking your order and preparing it. I just hope that speed wont lead to messing up orders.

Every one's brags about it, but my experience was the worst, the sharwama was sooo bad, the wrap had uncooked flour all over, chicken overly seasoned and full of bones, then I was served a minute maid that was greasy en full of gravy all over the bottle, worst experience, never setting my foot there 🙄

I really enjoyed the service despite the outlet being located in a high traffic area constantly buzzing with noise and activity.

The food is good and the customer service is perfect. But its the location i didnt like. Being close to the main road was a disadvantage. Its too noise.

I find that their pricing is ridiculous. They told me that their chicken and chips is $4 but on their receipt it says $3.50. They added an egg worth $0.50 without my consent. What type of service is that?, Is it even allowed?. What if I wanted something else worth $0.50.
