Nandos you getting two stars only because lately you’ve been very disappointing. I just ordered full wings and a Portuguese salad. Salad was alright. The meat however looked pleasing to the eye but terrible to the tastebuds. Blood was dripping from the inside and this is the second time I’ve gotten wings that aren’t thoroughly prepared. We understand rush hour but still please do better.

They take the sauces and salt while you are still eating and give other customers. Staff is not friendly, sad rather. On chicken they serve you the tasteless, stuffy dry bits at times

Nandos' food quality has deteriorated over time. Their service is good but their grilled chicken, the pits. Their Portuguese salad is nice and fresh though

The food is ok, however the time you wait for the said food it's not acceptable especially if you are a sit in client.

Well, the service is just great. I mean, I think these guys(nando's), after employing people they'll teach them communication skills because what I experienced was just great.

Surely Nando's can do better; 1. Please stop serving raw meat - I was hesitant to try Nando's because I expected this, but doing so disappointed me further. The chicken I was served was still bleeding. 2. Please correct the prices on your Menu - I was charged an amount that didn't reflect the amount on the Menu. I called management and their excuse was that 'the new Menu Boards would come from S.A'. Regardless of the lazy excuse, no action was taken to compensate me for my loss. I would not recommend it.

My experience was very bad imagine I always buy my quarter chicken and chips at Nando’s Joina city Speke almost twice a week ,but to my suprise today 27/09/23 Time 21:30pm when I bought quarter chicken and chips and a juice I took a straw and was asked by a cleaner why I was taking that straw,to me it shows you are not training your workers how come he just bully someone he doesn’t even know ,may be now are days you are employing people varikubva kunofudza mombe please treat us as humans if those straws are being sold just remove them on that counter ,the reason we are leaving other competitors in your field you should honour that .This is totally unacceptable if you can think how many people you are treating like that on a daily basis you will be amazed on how many clients you are loosing . Yours Unhappy Customer.

Good place out of town but still closer to the CBD about 1,5 km. A place you can just got at any given time during the day for a meal with your family

The food was good as well as the service There are no electrical sockets just in case you want to catch up with work over lunch

The food was great but I think they need more waiters. Took some time to be attended to and the waiter seemed to have her hands full but otherwise I loved the food and environment

One staff person in particular on the counter always seems annoyed or angry. Rude'ish' responses most of the times. Then they always seem to have limited options. You'll end up just getting the quarter chicken and chips because fiesta fries or other items on the menu are not available. They say wait 12 min but that always turns to 50mins.

The place is great in appearance and hosting. Food is always fresh and service is on time every time

Loved it, they are the champions of Lemon and Herb chicken, and those fiesta fries are to die for

The fried rice was dry no gravy, nice outlook but small ...

I was in the area, looking for the sausage and chips for $1 from Bakers Inn. Unfortunately i get less bang for my buck in Nandos. It boggles my mind that Google suddenly suggests i was in Nandos...

The place will be packed but the staff was up for the game and enjoyed the meal and the mix of people.
