Good spot, along a major road, convenient location with a fuel station close by. Food is amazing, especially the fries which are soooo well made. The burgers and chicken are equally good, but go easy on the child. Mild can be hot for most people, so choose wisely. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended. Lots of space to sit for big groups and it usually isn't very busy. It's a good allround spot for basically most, if not all purposes.

Love this place, order from chicken hut well over 15 times a month. You can tell they put effort into giving you that chicken hut experience.

Great experience with their delivery service, the from the time of ordering to delivery took less than 30 mins, the food was still hot, the lady assisting me (Cecilia) was very helpful especially with changes issues bedeviling the country at the moment, the delivery guy (Reuben) was very much friendly and lively. Will surely be back again!

Hi y'all so I was at Chicken Hut this weekend the one In Avondale, Guy's the BBQed Chicken Lemon & Herb + Chips are to die for! The flavours are beautiful.. would make a fantastic Meat dish for your whole Family just add veg.. If you are having a meal crisis, they're a good go to.. even if there is no crisis go to them they would love to have you.. there is also a Coffee bar on one side yum! Then on the other a pizza🍕 & Hamburger 🍔 on the other. You will want for nothing.

Had no problems with parking. Liked the chicken freshness for a change. The service was excellent with clean bathrooms in place. The food tasted great.

Chicken hut has the best Chicken and chips in Zimbabwe. Of importance is the consistency 👌.

The fries is the reason I come to this place. I love their fries, I can't say the same for their chicken. The seasoning is just in the surface, it does not permeate into the chicken.

Still the best fries in the country, that lil salt and vinegar flavour stays winning but $1.50 for a regular coke can and $4 for a can of Switch energy drink is hilarious

The lady at the front desk was kind, friendly and welcoming. The other staff members even those roasting chicken and since they do it in front of customers, they need to losen up, acknowledge the presense of customers. Saying "hello" with a smile will make a big difference!

My overall experience was disappointing. We made an order for the Quarter chicken and chips, requesting the leg potion, but were told we could only order one leg potion. The employee at the front was rude and seemed very irritated. Cannot recommend it to anyone.

Haaaa you guys are the worst, ordered food on your website and paid with PayPal, a day later nothing, your WhatsApp 1 tick, calls not getting through, sent message to your twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, nothing, tried everything i can to reach you nothing, it's now day 2 and I'm still waiting for my order, the saddest part is I already paid for this order using PayPal, if I hadn't i would order somewhere else. The worst experience ever.

Foods okay, service is okay, I like that when they don't have change they have a come back later policy that of they had a thank you policy of some sort. One would go back there time and time over. Their chicken to me is alittle dry, they could do better. And their burgers need a lot of work. A little over priced maybe because of location, but they could be better I would give a half star cause of how they serve and do the change thing but other then that I won't be eating there much

Really liked the chat and efficiency of using alternative payment methods to transact as well as the service I got when I picked up the food. The food itself was also amazing. I have to say this place is quite popular and for good reason. One of the better Portuguese chicken places in Harare. Personally a fan of the Chicken burger and fries. One gripe I have with this place is that soft drinks are a bit pricey! Notwithstanding this pricing travesty, get your taste buds ready for a pleasant experience 🍗🍟🌮🥤. Enjoy! P.S. They have a what looks like an interesting coffee place next door ☕

The food is amazing especially the spicy wings and their vinegar diped fries. There is a bit of delay to get your orders its never the 10 minutes they promise. The juices are also ridiculously priced.

Your chicken is really good but you need to work on your wraps🚮 the tortilla was dry, my fillings were basically looots of onion and lettuce

First thing that caught my eye unfortunately after paying for my order is that the staff were not wearing masks as if that's not enough they were talking stories where the food is. They only wore their masks after I asked the and most of them reluctantly. They also need a pedal bin near the cashier. She opens the bin to throw away paper after that she moves to fold the serviettes with condiments 🤦🤦

We got to the counter and there was no one to serve us. Waited for at least 5 mins for someone to serve us a milkshake. After that the order took ages to be ready. Great food though,just the customer service that needs to up its game

The one star is only because their chicken is good but the horrible service makes it hard to enjoy your meal. Wether its a full house or an empty house you always get your food 30+ minutes later. The worst part is, it's not the first time and I am certain not the last 😔my husband always asks why I go back...like I said the chicken is amazing but hard to enjoy because of the service and I am going there less and less.

Your restaurant is overrated for no reason. Your cashier mistook my order and someone else had to apologize on her before, as if she couldn’t speak. generally the food is not even all that too much vinegar or whatever you guys put in your chips.

The chips are to die for, always fresh and seasoned well, the meat is always perfectly marinated.
