I was in Zimbabwe for 1 week and my experience feels like I was still in Cape Town, well done the whole team

I love the experience it's 5 star

The staff there is very rough. The tall, dark ,slim man who wears glasses who grills the chicken tops them all. You pay for extra sauce and he even refuses to put it. They dont have good customer care. They have to visit nandos masasa and copy from them.

Very fast and we had a reasonable portion of chips. Loved their chicken, juicy and tender always

We ordered eat-In. Apparently the plates were dirty and could not be cleaned for us. No cleaning up was done after our meal, we actually spent 30minutes with a dirty table.

Busy place, just outside the CBD and along a busy road. Four outlerts available at the food court. Service was fast and efficient. Ample parking space available. Sanitising facilities and temperature checks in place, but customers need reminders to maintain physical distancing.

Simon Mazorodze Nandos a very nice ,quite environment to chill in while enjoying your sumptuous meals and excellent service

Not that great service like in 2019. The place is a little dirty but the food is nice though. Its a mouth watering feast😋

Absolutely marvelous, wanted somewhere kool away from the city frenzy & hussles .. as I was on my way to Machipisa. This was a perfect fit, safe parking, great food & service.

You might spend time looking for parking but to avoid that best to use the Dial A Delivery app and choose Kerbside delivery under collections. Otherwise a great evrything else is great.

Nandos is a household name for chicken.

Generally a good place but is often overcrowded.

My visit to Nando's Simon Mazorodze was marred by the Cashier who seemed to be confused thereby taking her time to serve customers. The manager who was supposed to save the day was in a worse off situation, it was like there was noone in charge. I was very disappointed with the poor service and I vowed never to go there again!

I have called Simon Mazorodze Harare Zimbabwe branch several times for a home delivery order but there is no response. Efficiency should be improved in that area

Though the road is quite busy its a great spot for a quick bite.Nandos, Bakers Inn, Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn at the same place.

The service was too slow, also they weren't disclosing their promotional package, you would know them after you had asked but I think they should assume every customer is a new customer hence must be told what's on promotion and what's not. I myself came to know about other pizza on promotion after I was collecting my long overdue order.

I met a very lovely attendant there. I was having trouble with my bank payments and she was polite and very helpful. For that, the place gets 4 stars

Very busy and waiting is painful management needs to do better. Chicken was well cooked deep inside.

The service was bad, had a cold dry chicken, served with wrong portion. Asked for a leg but got a breast. My feta cheese was badly done. Something has to be done about their service.

Loved it. These guys make the best wraps in Harare.

This is one of the busiest food courts, as it is along the Masvingo highway and surrounded by many industrial companies. Despite the high volumes, Nandos tries to keep the waiting time to within 15 minutes from the time of order. However budget a good 30 mins there as is may take time to place the order. There is need to increase security as there are many people milling around the area. On the food they serve, tasty! of course it's still Nandos and they continue to shine.
