One of my favorite Coffee shops, lunch stops since 2015! Kim & Richard do a great job with a WIDE variety of delicious breakfast and lunch options. The omelet today was delicious with feda. It would be nice if they added free wifi!

This restaurant is good and the prices are the best ever. However, they could improve the ambience a bit by renovating the place even with a fresh coat of paint and working on the garden a bit more so if you are finicky about ambience like me this place is may not do it for you. Apparently the chicken curry is a hit but I did not fall in love with it but I had great chocolate cake- very fresh...

Such a cute place. Nice garden. Peaceful environment. Friendly staff. The food has a home made feel to it and the cake is to die for I had to get two take away. The prices are so very affordable!

Booked for a hen party lunch. Food and set up was fantastic. Such a pleasant space.

Relaxing atmosphere. Prices are great. Waffles were soft with fresh berries. Garden has become slightly untidy and some furniture needs replacing eventually.

The food was delicious, we couldn't get enough! The staff are so friendly and so polite. Our birthday lunch went well, the birthday girl was so happy..

The answer is yes. It’s a really good spot, to kick back, have a meal and enjoy company. The ambiance is chilled and welcoming. Never really crowded and the service is pretty quick. Oh and yes you can bring a cooler box with “you know what.” The menu is great and the prices are fair, it’s a legit good spot and you should definitely pass by and give it a try.

This place is quiet, in a nice suburb with friendly service. Sitting outside under the shade of big leafy trees, it never feels crowded even when there are lots of people. So far, I enjoy their cakes and their breakfast menu. Parking can be a bit hectic when it's full but that's the price for people enjoying their food!

Service wasn't too good, very slow and the waiters seemed overwhelmed. The chips were cold, they did not have tomato sauce of all things . Generally a bad experience for me. The place is however very beautiful with a beautiful manicured garden.

The new place is very spacious, beautiful garden. Service was exceptional 👌. The Vanilla Moon breakfast was delicious 😋. Generous portions and very filling. Will definitely call again.

Vanilla moon never disappoints. Perfect for easy conversations whilst being spoilt with yummy food. Gogo said she had the best chicken mayo toasty ever.

Perfectly situated in a lovely tranquil garden, the staff were very attentive, coffees arrived in ten minutes, delicious. Our breakfast order was taken, Full Moon and King Breakfast. Twenty minutes later our food arrived, presented well on the plates, unfortunately the food was very cold, steak was mildly warm, eggs cold. Definitely the portion of baked beans needs to be looked at, one fork-full that was it, and ice cold, the tomato was cold and only cooked on one side.

Visited Vanilla moon on the 18th of April 2021 . We went as a group of 6 adults and 5 kids. Upon ordering all the kids ordered hamburgers and I personally ordered a steak. The meals took long to come (well maybe because we were a group) nonetheless when the meals came I decided to have a taste of one of the burgers and to my surprise the meat tasted as if it was off. I called one of the waiters and notified them of this but they insisted that it was their normal kind of burger. As if that was enough we ordered coffee and the coffee came with one big green fly which my in-law only noticed after taking it out of her mouth . I had decided to keep quiet and just never go to that restaurant ever again but my son and his cousins have been awfully sick with food poisoning. To those that would want to visit please make sure you have medical aid paid for... For me it’s a no go area

Loved the chicken bites and milkshakes are a MUST have! However, standards seem to have really gone down, took more than 30mins to get our food and when it was served it was cold Otherwise from past experience the food is really amazing!!!

It has a very Friendly atmosphere, good food, convenient also if you need a haircut before or after lunch! They do need another additional cook as food is slow to arrive. Garden beautiful but small verhanda to shelter if it rains ! Otherwise thumbs up for Vanilla Moon!!!! They have hairdressers behind the Restaurant for men and women.

These guys know what it is when it comes to hosting folks for a meal or event. I mean its a relatively small outdoor and indoor place but these guys can host a lot of people at one time, each with their different setups and their hospitality and service is always on top of their game. Went there with a client and i was impressed. Try it out, you might like it

We had a lovely afternoon however cakes we ordered were not available! Having made a second choice we were told they didn't have enough!! At 2pm, early afternoon! This was very unfortunate.

It's a good restaurant to take your family, great environment and good food. Only drawback is the waiters can get overwhelmed and mistakes are made.

After dining there three times it has become our family favourite. The garden setting is great for the kids to play while you sit on the veranda/deck. The staff is wonderful, friendly. We arrived after last orders but they were very accommodative and made our order which we really appreciated. Firm favourite is the pork chops, which has a satisfying home cooked feel.

Very airy and spacious. Good vibes all the way. I didn't order anything, will do so next time definitely. I was attending Zumba/ pilates session which was very refreshing.

Service was really terrible, asked for a bottle of water before my meal arrived, during the meal and 3 times after I was done. I finally got the water that I required during my meal with the bill. The food was cold and stale, most of it left uneaten. Very disappointed and embarrassed to take a foreign person to breakfast in a restaurant that it takes so many times to ask for such a simple request.

Hi y'all so I rated 4 Star's my only reasoning is There is always room for improvement. We had an appointment with our Hairdresser Lizzie at VM & my stomach made itself known coz I was gazing outside at the lovely Garden and all the Peep's enjoying so decided there & then let's feed the 'monster' my mom's stomach 😬 Joke's mine all mine! So the food was well presented & tasty, & the Staff are really polite & accomodating. It's also really picturesque & a great place to take Kid's & Mom's too.

If you're one for a garden setting, friendly staff, decent portions, a conveniently located venue... then this is for you. Good breakfast always! Recently had the hake and chips ... I'll be back! It was $9 so points for that too. Their sushi has never failed me either. Laid back ambience, fair priced food served by friendly peeps. Kids can also roam about so yay to that too! Waiting times were short so yay again. You might have to park off-street (outside the premises) but there's visible security. I recommend!

The service and food are great I went there with my sister once, we were treated like royalty so if you ever feel like getting a bite that's the place to go

Held a baby shower and they provided simple beautiful decor and a very tasty chocolate cake. Would definitely have another event here

Great menu choices at great pricing. I had their filled croissant, very on point; one of the only few times I get to enjoy an authentic croissant in Harare. The space is very inviting with plenty of outdoor sitting- perfect for the prevailing Covid times.

Came here on a rainy day and it was lovely to sit outside on the patio. Drinks were excellent, especially the cappuccinos and the Vietnamese coffee. Will love to come back again!

Love the outside sitting in a tranquil surrounding. The menu is great for lunch or anytime meals and the service is excellent. The moon burger and the millionaire's shortbread are definitely worth a try. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a cosy place to have a lazy meal with friends and family in a quiet environment or just hanging out.

Loved it all the way..

Very slow service. They had one waiter attending to everyone. We waited about 20 minutes with my daughter and we did not get served. At least she had fun at the playground, can’t comment on the food because we didn’t even have a chance to taste it.
