A beautiful two-storey hotel in the center of the city in the old style. On the territory there is a parking, a pond, a garden. The room has a bathroom, air conditioning, fan, kettle, wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers with a mirror. Very pleasant atmosphere and interior.

Great hotel which has maintained its high standards of quality and excellence. Keep up the great work. The place has a serene atmosphere and is located just at the edge of the city hence easy access but less congested.

My favorite spot to stay in Harare - lovely gardens - staff are all consistently kind and friendly - nice to hang out in the wild date bar and breakfast is lovely overlooking the gardens. Rooms are well equipped and very clean. My only suggestions for improvement are to get an outside shower for by the pool, stop smokers sitting or standing by the dining area - and I think you need a new cross trainer in the gym.

The hotel has a nice old skool feel from the outside. Its much bigger than it looks which is nice. Had the fish & chips and the meal was so basic, not worth what they are charging. Ordered champagne and they charged corkage for the glasses πŸ˜‚. Dafuq I won't recommend this place in a hurry

This was my second time here -- actually, two weeks after my first stay at the Bronte. I had returned from two weeks out in the field, and I really looked forward to returning for 24 hours of elegance. The Bronte did not disappoint! This time, I enjoyed having a Zambezi beer, " Zimbabwe's own lager," at the bar. It was lively!

Beautiful gardens, very comfortable rooms with everything and great internet. Dining room staff need to up their game. But I would still really recommend this hotel most highly.

Beautiful hotel with great service all around. The gardens are very well maintained. Lots of small sitting areas. The restaurant has a great menu and a good wine selection. The rooms are clean and well maintained also. This really is a wonderful place to stay while in Harare and in a safe part of town.

I was super impressed with this hotel. It is located in Harare Central District (HCD). The staff was very courtesy, super helpful and welcoming. It started with the guard at the gate and i told my driver and his assistant that it seems to be a nice place. The SECURITY man was awesome! This was my first time to stay at this hotel. My wife and daughter had stayed there before and were very happy being there. I was used to stay at Holiday Inn and Meikles Hotel. Holiday Inn i rate number one and The Bronte number two and Meikles number three. The breakfast was excellent.

Its a good place, their service is pretty good, i really enjoyed my stay there. Their restaurant is very nice, and their meals are good! The place is very accessible, although there is limited parking inside, but they do have parking outside which is not really safe. Generally it is an amazing place.

I absolutely love Bronte Garden hotel. I stay here ever time I visit Zimbabwe. It must be one of the moat beautiful gardens EVER. I had oxtail for dinner and it was tender and delicious. Breakfast was also lovely. Fruit was fresh and sweet. Didn't have much more than that... will visit again....

Very nice hotel with beautiful park to relax. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but the reception doesn’t help you with laundry on the weekend. I had to walk to a laundromat myself.

Great services and the food is top of the range. If you want a serene environment in the city of Harare, this is your place. A few steps from Fife Avenue shops.

This hotel is second only to Troutbeck Resort which is in Nyanga, in Zimbabwe. Bronte Garden Hotel is the ideal place to be if you are that person that loves peace and quite induced with vegetation. The gardens are the IT. Loved this hotel. The best hotel in Harare. The food is superb. The rooms are 'ridiculously' clean. Pardon my choice of words. Love Love Loved my experience here. 5 Thumps up!

Agood place to stay. Good customer service from the staff . Neat rooms and hot shower . Good parking for trailer drawn light motor vehicle or Coaster vehicle . Just to improve on air conditioning to rooms on the opposite wing ie rooms 412 . Sound proof . You can hear the running tap from the neighbors room .

The most serene and calm environment you will find in Harare. The environment is relaxing and gives you a breath of fresh air. The staff are pleasant, easy and professional. They give you a great customer experience while keeping their distance to provide you with a relaxing quite and undisturbed environment. Parking is available, though at times might be scarce if there is conferences or workshops being done. Getting in and out of the hotel very easy.

Quality Hotel with beautiful gardens. The rooms are large and comfortable with free WiFi and in room coffee and tea making facilities. The staff are friendly and professional. This seems to be a popular choice for business travellers. The food is of a high standard. The breakfast is also very good. The gardens are fantastic and really add to the tranquility of this establishment. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting, helpful reception staff, good food for dinner at the restaurant but very disappointed when we organized a takeout breakfast for a very early start and it didn't happen despite all reassurances that it would be waiting for us in the morning.

I loved the gym and hotel staff was amazing. However, I really did not like the food πŸ™„πŸ˜”. The hotel food was a constant disappointment I won't lie. The whole week, there is no meal I can say was good. At least the coffee was good and the gardens are beautiful.

Nice hotel with beautiful garden, good service and decent staff, but the place needs update and maintenance

The hotel is beautiful from outside. But that's where it ends! I was booked for 18 days but I only managed to persevere until 1 week, since I only managed to sleep for 2 nights...the rest were totally chaos due to so much noise, endless movements at night (wee hours) and early morning. Water floods bathroom when one takes a shower. Breakfast is monotonous (same things every day). I can't go back, and would warn everyone to be wary of the beautiful gardens and rooms to actual experience when staying there.

Rightly placed.. In the Cbd proximity but when you walk through the entrance it feels like you have time travelled to a resort somewhere far from the metropolitan area.... So beautiful, peaceful, calm and with loving and kind stuff... A must visit

Beautiful garden within and in a very good location. The staff are warm and nice. Food was nice and affordable, I only wish we had a variety for breakfast, I had the same breakfast for 3 days. I would lodge here again whenever I am in Zim.

Its a lovely place though the bar is not fully stocked. They can work on the service from the bar and kitchen Menu should indicate the foods they have in stock instead of telling customers that what they have selected is not available
