I was there a week ago. I stayed in the $40 room in the main house. I liked that there was a big screen tv and the bed was neat. However, there was no Wi-Fi. The spring of the bed was not strong enough and so, it was a bit uncomfortable for me. There was no clean blanket. A duvet, which smelled funny, was hanging on top the cupboard. There was no new toilet paper. I could also see that the room was not probably cleaned because I saw two used nose masks in the bin, inside the toilet. Safe to say, the receptionist, Vimbai was nice. But it is not a place I would spend $40 for again.

Good service even the bookings at short notice were well handled .....bed and linen were clean and the staff was very helpful whenever needed and privacy was guaranteed....wifi was available pool area lovely and all in all if there was food offered as well then it would definitely complete it all.

The rooms were generally clean. They need to improve on hot water in the bathrooms, provision of sanitary thing and add a heating system.

I didn't like the place, it's not well kept and I wouldn't recommend it. I felt that I did not get value for my money. It wasn't clean enough for me....

First of all very unfriendly service. Second, run down place in need of repairs. Bath area dirty and undesirable. I do not recommend it even as a budget accommodation. I also see that the owner in the review comments is as rude as his/her staff. There is no need to engage in a war of words if someone has genuinely experienced a horrible service at your lodge as I have also experienced this. Not good! Please improve because the pictures and what is on the ground do not match.

This place is good but I will give it a 6/10

There was no hot water,the rooms are far from the appearance in the pictures the staff seemed confused its a lodge that also appears to have permanent tenants worsening the confusion it was the furthest thing from what l anticipated.Highly disappointed.

This place nesd to improve on hyginie from outside to inside. The appearance just turns away people from the car park

Its a chilled place really.. the rooms are okay but the stuff , the lady who was assisting should be more friendly and explain what the guest house has to offer apart from just showing us the rooms and just leave!

Nice place to stay

The owner of the place is a racist old white man. I never had peace leaving there. I booked for 3days . I only stayed there 2days and left. They still have my $25. Very terrible experience.

Rooms weren’t swept. Poorly maintained. I was in the lower costing rooms, however I don’t feel dirt is acceptable. The pictures posted are also rather misleading, I would definitely not recommend this place.

The main house room is just value for money for that price (usd 35 to 40). The pool was fantastic. The grapes are hanging above in the common area. The maids goodlooking and nice. Had a pleasant stay.

Great place for professionals, especially the international class rooms in the main house. To the pool are budget rooms appealing to the budget travellers. All set in a very pleasant environment around the large pool. A must see.
