I’m not sure why people knock this place as we had a very pleasant stay. I normally wouldn’t book a “budget” hotel but most other places were booked out at the time. This hotel charges far less than the more established places we stayed at prior yet their quality of service is much higher. Our room was very clean and came complete with aircon and wifi. It was also very big and the towels were fresh and fluffy which added a nice touch. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Will stay here again if larger hotel chains don’t get their act together.

Reasonably priced. Have stayed here before their service is top notch. The linen is crisp clean. Noticed that the tea stirrers were not clean they appeared to have coffee stains. Other than that it is a secure spot, easily accessible place to stay while in town.

The customer service is great. The rooms are OK. The location is on the main road and streets are crowded. Unfortunately there were people in the Hotels parking lot drinking and cat calling at female passer- bys, ruined the stay for me

We picked this hotel for its central location and booked the most expensive room because we wanted aircon. Unfortunately the hotel failed to inform us and other customers that it was undergoing renovations and that we had scaffolding outside our windows and it was basically a building site around us. Power tools and hammering became a part of our day. We talked with the manager about this and other issues with the room and she was embarrassed and apologetic. To be fair she only charged us for two nights instead of three to try make it up to us and we appreciated the gesture. Staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. However with the inconvenience of the building work going on there l can't recommend it at the moment and l feel it should be made clear on all the hotel platforms that renovation works are ongoing so people can make an informed choice.

Nice place for middle budget hotel stay.

The rooms are clean and have a modern touch. The only problem is the mattress quality, if you value good sleep don't book here.

Everything was good,wifi,clean room, entertainment, caring staff, breakfast etc.If the hotel can offer a fridge and a microwave it will go from good to excellent

So I was a bit skeptical about the place .. so much that I booked for a night then extended stay by 2 more nights .. guy at reception amazing , security guard pleasant … was really pleasantly surprised.Hidden gem

The staff is very nice and really helpful. Been there for about four times and every time I've specially enjoyed the dilgent service of staff members named Arnold and Shadreck respectively. Thumbs up!!! Their online service is also superb, they are very quick to respond. Compared to other numerous hotels I have tried in the city, they lead in terms of quick online responding.

The reception was good i must say,i loved the service the guy at the reception provided..The linen was super clean too,,unfortunately the beds aint really comfortable and oh the tile headboard also is a total no for me.

Very dirty place, especially bedrooms and bathrooms. A foul smell dominates bedrooms. Untrained staff lacking courtesy in every way.

A good place to lay your head if you are in transit. Secure parking clean rooms . Staff is very friendly. Could do with a microwave in the mini kitchen so you can warm up take away but everything else is great.

Went to the eating place Heifelis they didn't have the confectioneries they profess to sell it was disappointing

Very tidy place 🤠 and friendly staff. Pillows were very comfortable. Had teas and coffee in the room except fridge. The breakfast was lovely!
