The place was very clean, atmospheres of the Staff excellent. Food was served hot, with loads of fruits. We were close to nature. I would come back again. The venue need to be stricter on Covid'19 compliance. Temperature checks, sanitising etc. Complete Covid'19 compliance forms. Overall,I enjoyed my stay.

I can't fault this place and highly recommend it. I stayed there twice with my children recently. Both times we opted to stay in the self-contained Juliet Suite, but still had most of the meals (and many drinks and snacks) at the main house. The staff are lovely, and create a friendly and open vibe. They were just so helpful, it did not matter what we asked for (and many of our requests were beyond the remit of a BnB) they were happy and efficient in helping. They organised us a mobile hairdresser, day trips, transport, you name it. They are situated in the safe suburb of Mount Pleasant, within walking distance of a range of shops, supermarkets pharmacies and eateries. This place is a real gem.

Very nice Guest House, in the middle of the diplomatic district of Harare. I managed to get a last minute deal of the Montrose Suite...huge and fully furnished with a super comfortable bed... This location is furnished as well with a pool, barbecue grills and a proper wood pizza oven, can't wait to come back and use them. Very good and abundant breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. Strongly recommend specially for travellers on budget...

Exquisite sight, just a bit of noise during weekends or when place has been hired for an event. A place with nature and an immaculate swimming pool. Orchard, I loved it, it felt like home to home.

Terrible service. Waiting an hour now for the person in charge. Asked for her twice in the last hour. Nobody is anywhere to be seen. During breakfast we had to wonder around and figure out everything cos there was nobody present to welcome us and tell us what's what. Can't wait to check out. Very unprofessional. No way to contact the person in charge if you have an issue with your room. Terrible. Saw a dirty cup on the lounge table this morning... Returned this afternoon, cup still in the same spot.

A few power sockets in rooms had wiring exposed not safe for kids. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. Checkout system was very slow, had to wait for someone offsite to confirm payment before allowing us to leave.

A great place. We stayed for a month. We loved every minute of our stay there. The rooms are clean, smart and well looked after. The hospitality is second to none. I highly recommend this place without hesitation.

Mount Pleasant Bed and Breakfast has been a Huber for many international visitors, they managed to maintaining a good reputation on all their services as well as pricing though sometimes prices may be a bit high but i can say its worth it cause you will get the best services here.

My husband was there on a work trip, we lost communication for a few days due to him having a SA number, so it’s difficult to get through. I’ve called & called wanting to know whether he’s okay & still safe - while I’m speaking they’ll cut the call or give me really bad answers. Not wanting to give information, when I’m clearly just worried about him. They do not know how to be friendly & communicate.
