Those rooms feel too small.....maybe remodelling furniture to make rooms appear big could help. They are not great for clusterphobic people

I wasn’t happy to see cockroaches in the passage and room. Also the noise from the nearby restaurant where they were having a rhumba session until after 11pm.

Went for a Juntal concert. The drinks were pricey and the barmen extremely slow given the numbers that were there. Clean environment and calibre of people were great

Centrally located!Safer environment!Exceptional customer service from the front stuff!Security officers very helpful with customer lagguage during check in and check out. Please do not forget to tip them!Housekeepers does an exceptional job.Carpets can be a lot better though. Also feel like their breakfast is a bit overpriced.Would highly recommend!!

The location is superb and very secure, undoubtedbly the most secure street in Harare. Most of all, I loved the room bidding that takes place on Gateway Streams, where you bid for a room and book at the cheapest price. Got my 5 star hotel room for just $45 through Gateway Streams' Weekend specials. The service was unarguably the best anyone could wish for, from the lady at the reception, to the hotel potter who carried my bagsπŸ₯°πŸ˜πŸ₯°. I highly recommend. Checked in on 17/10/23 and checked out the next day. 5 thumbs up

Except for the cockroaches freely roaming around in my room, the linen was clean, the reception staff friendly and welcoming.

The hotel in question provides a good venue for business lunches as they have a beautifully decorated dining room with well prepared food. There is a bar also that allows guests to unwind outside of the public eyes. The waiting area is well furnished while the entrance is characterized by good security protocols. Strategically located in the city to allow patrons to walk to places but permitting them to park safely and avoid traffic. Payments can be made in local currency giving visitors more bang for their buck.

The hotel 🏨 is in the city centre and so is ideal for business people and tourists alike wanting to be in the heart ❀ of Zimbabwe πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡Ό. Some rooms don't have much of a view, and it does look old. One lift was out of service and the working one is limited to two people a time. This lift looks newish and quite efficient. The airport is easily within reach. The great attraction to this hotel 🏨 is affordability.

The people here are unserious. The facility is old, the shower is non-functional, and cockroaches infest the room. Despite charging us $80, the online price was only $59. When questioned, they claimed it's cheaper to book online, which is illogical. In Harare, you can easily find better hotels at the same or even lower prices. Save your money and avoid this place. The attached picture is of the room close to ours. This plate remained there throughout our stay, just outside.
