poor
experience
at
Argyle
Apartments!
I
wish
I
could
rate
ZERO
or
minus
5
stars.
I’ve
never
been
treated
more
rudely
at
any
lodge
or
hotel
I’ve
ever
been
to
in
all
my
life.
And
I
travel
A
LOT.
Firstly,
they
rarely
answer
their
phones
and
when
they
do,
they’re
as
rude
and
curt
as
can
be.
They
also
have
never
replied
my
WhatsApp
messages.
They
need
to
improve
on
this
and
employ
someone
to
work
after
hours
because,
good
luck
to
u
if
you
need
any
help
from
them
after
5pm
even
if
there’s
an
emergency
and
u
suddenly
need
to
leave,
they
will
not
give
you
your
deposit
back
after
hours
(Firstly
because
they
won’t
pick
up
their
phones,
and
secondly
because
they
will
tell
u
that
you
should
have
told
them
in
advance
[about
something
over
which
you
had
no
control
🙄.])
In
my
opinion,
behave
as
if
they
don’t
need
customer…
like
they
already
have
enough
money
or
customers
or
something.
On
the
day
when
I
arrived
there,
the
woman
that
served
me
talked
down
to
me
every
single
time
I
went
to
the
front
office.
She
spoke
and
acted
towards
me
like
I
was
an
absolute
annoyance
to
her
by
simply
appearing
in
the
office,
even
if
it
was
to
make
a
payment
or
even
just
collect
my
keys.
It
may
be
about
race
but
I
don’t
know
for
sure.
Maybe
something
was
bothering
her
during
the
week
I
stayed
there,
but
I
have
to
say,
her
attitude
spoiled
my
entire
stay😭.
It’s
too
bad
that
I
had
no
other
option
of
where
to
stay.
My
room
was
clean
and
neat
but
the
towels
were
old,
really
ragged
and
brown
and
had
stains
on
them.
The
cutlery
was
dirty,
the
Tv
only
had
about
2-3
or
so
channels,
the
blankets
in
the
cupboard
were
STINKING
etc
etc.
My
review
might
be
biased
based
on
how
I
was
treated
by
that
lady,
so
id
advise
you
to
take
what
I
say
with
a
grain
of
salt.
That
may
have
just
been
my
experience
and
may
not
be
a
true
reflection
of
the
Lodge
as
a
whole,
but
of
that
individual
who
I
had
had
a
bad
experience
with.
