Great location. Walking distance from the shopping center. Clean rooms hot water is readily available. I'd recommend management to get small carpets especially for the living room area. The tiles can get really cold especially in winter.

I love this place but ladies by the front office are sooo soo mean they really dont deserve to be upclose with guests like that. Impression i got was they are a little bit racist...way they just snapped at me coz i delayed topping up for another night and when i just wanted change..they ruined the whole experience for me..plis change staff coz yohh

The only downside is on the breakfast or meals part where you have to look elsewhere. But in terms of location and affordability, and professionalism this is the place to crash. I highly recommend these apartments

Lovely place it is. I stayed 3 nights there and the only thing that got to me were mosquitoes. I had a rude shock on my first day of arrival which would haunt me for a while but apart from that, it's a very neat and well taken care of place. Good access to shops and other amenities

It was good, Be sure to carry your own cups and cutlery though because they don't have any. Limited channels to watch though,And they don't have towels. But other than that the experience was really good the apartment was very clean they had a fan and a heater so depending on how you want to feel.

This is a place to spend a night when you want to relax . Excellent atmosphere . Smart rooms and linen . Helpful staff when parking vehicles . I just love this place .

You want a peaceful place to sleep for the night or to crib whilst you wake up every morning to attend your meetings, say you're from out of the country?, this place is super good. The rooms are awesome. Their linen is good. Wifi is fast and it can allow you to make video calls and do all your emails.. it's all top notch. 5 star place

the place is not too far from the cbd. It is in a quiet neibourhood. Very private and minimalistic. The rooms are spacious as well. Loved it

Super, Duper poor experience at Argyle Apartments! I wish I could rate ZERO or minus 5 stars. I’ve never been treated more rudely at any lodge or hotel I’ve ever been to in all my life. And I travel A LOT. Firstly, they rarely answer their phones and when they do, they’re as rude and curt as can be. They also have never replied my WhatsApp messages. They need to improve on this and employ someone to work after hours because, good luck to u if you need any help from them after 5pm even if there’s an emergency and u suddenly need to leave, they will not give you your deposit back after hours (Firstly because they won’t pick up their phones, and secondly because they will tell u that you should have told them in advance [about something over which you had no control 🙄.]) In my opinion, behave as if they don’t need customer… like they already have enough money or customers or something. On the day when I arrived there, the woman that served me talked down to me every single time I went to the front office. She spoke and acted towards me like I was an absolute annoyance to her by simply appearing in the office, even if it was to make a payment or even just collect my keys. It may be about race but I don’t know for sure. Maybe something was bothering her during the week I stayed there, but I have to say, her attitude spoiled my entire stay😭. It’s too bad that I had no other option of where to stay. My room was clean and neat but the towels were old, really ragged and brown and had stains on them. The cutlery was dirty, the Tv only had about 2-3 or so channels, the blankets in the cupboard were STINKING etc etc. My review might be biased based on how I was treated by that lady, so id advise you to take what I say with a grain of salt. That may have just been my experience and may not be a true reflection of the Lodge as a whole, but of that individual who I had had a bad experience with.

I like the place . The ladies have good customer care Even if if someone was looking for you when you were out they would tell you.

Michelle is incredible! Always friendly and very welcoming. The apartments are beautiful and clean with very friendly staff on premises. I would definitely recommend this for a short or long stay. Self catering apartments with an option to order meals prepared on site. Great and alert security team. Everyone wearing masks and social distancing observed.

Home Away from Home, self catering, serene environment and close to great shopping mall and surrounded by awesome restaurants. I love this place 🥂🍹 The place is expanding just booked a friend for next month so will update you then.

Wonderful service for the price. Very affordable. Close, walkable distance from Avondale shops, where you get everything you would possibly want. Clean, and furnished. I couldn't recommend more😎😀. The linen, beds, and toilets are immaculate. The kitchen and the utensils, it's just perfect. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the concrete floors without any mats or carpets in the dining/lounge area. Very and cold. Not cozy at all in this area. Also concrete jungle mostly in the grounds

Very peacefull and quiet environment. The apartments have clean rooms and linen, and its a short walk from avondale shops. Real value for money in my opinion esp if not traveling alone. Adequate parking.

Peaceful stay for long term duration They have around 25-28 apartment, Apartment is good and well maintain. Each has 2 BHK with 1 Common WC. Kitchen is fully equipped. 2nd Bedroom is small so for small family its really good option. You will get 24 hours hot water. Daily cleaning is provided. Surrounding campus is also very clear and Safe there is always guard around. Staff is very helpful. Small improvement points such as 1. In hall they need to change Sofa or put add more foam density 2. Not all Air-condition work properly some re-checking is needed 3. I was there in Jun so it was quite cold so room heater is needed so they need help for the same.

Rooms are pretty spacious and clean but I didn't like the fact that there was no kitchen sink, also for a place that big, it didn't make sense that they offered only a bathsoap for the bathroom🙃😏
