Kia Ora is a nice place...great chefs...they actually managed to make ugali for us when we visited. Great staff as well...Mavis was especially keen to make sure we had everything we need. Just a few issues with their manager but all in all...serene place for a quick stay in Harare.

Nice for staying on business trips. Great place to host events too. Quiet neighborhood. They hosted our aviation camp and everything was alright from the conference rooms, food, service, rooms.

Definitely NOT 4 star!!! Rooms outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. No hot water in some rooms and sometimes no water at all. No real options for breakfast and when you get it food is cold.Pool is green!! Staff is friendly. Really disappointed overall.

Lovely clean place. Staff are friendly and efficient. I love the colour scheme: earthy browns and oranges that reallybgive it an African vibe. Each room has a little patio where you can listen to the birds while you enjoy an evening coffee. We stayed for 3 nights and felt like we were right at home.
