Where
do
i
start.
I
arrived
and
I
was
upsold
the
executive
suite
because
it
had
AC.
The
AC
didn't
work
for
the
duration
of
my
stay.
I
didn't
have
remote
controls
for
the
AC
and
TV
and
had
to
request
from
the
security
guy
at
night.
The
room
had
no
kettle
and
I
was
refused
coffee
from
the
restaurant.
They
said
I
have
to
buy
the
breakfast
to
get
coffee.
I
was
brought
a
kettle
eventually
and
instant
coffee
for
the
room
upon
requesting
and
getting
mad
at
the
service.
The
fridge
in
the
room
was
dirty
and
didn't
have
anything
inside,
getting
drinking
water
at
night
is
not
possible.
The
shower
cabin
was
missing
a
door
and
I
was
provided
with
a
towel
which
was
a
hand
towel
not
a
body
towel.
I
didn't
have
toilet
paper
or
soap
for
the
shower
until
I
requested
after
I
checked
in.
They
didn't
bring
soap
only
conditioner
because
they
didn't
have.
They
don't
server
breakfast,
they
don't
provide
a
bottle
of
water
for
the
night
and
generally
the
service
is
terrible.
They
tried
to
help
and
fix
but
the
issue
was
I
had
to
ask
and
show
what
was
the
issue
while
any
decent
hotel
will
be
able
to
identify
those
issues
by
themselves.
Oh
yea
I
almost
forgot
the
room
had
4
power
sockets
out
of
which
only
one
worked
which
made
it
difficult
considering
we
have
3
laptops
and
phones.
