The lodge is located southern part of Harare, about 10km from downtown. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The room was spacious. The bathroom, however was very small, and th e shower did not work. There were bugs and no bed netting. They currently do not offer breakfast with your stay. Due to the power outages, there was unfortunately no electricity, and no candles, lamps or torches were provided.

The place is clean and very well maintained. Excellent staff who go over and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. With the power cuts in Zimbabwe they try and accommodate by providing generator power. The place is a 4 due to the lack of good food at the restaurant.

The lodge is amazing, a private, peaceful environment, the staff was friendly.. service is Good. I was quite surprised with the scenery and the way the lodge is being kept especially at such a secluded place. Job well done and on my next trip to Zim this will be my home❤️

Terrible service. No hot water or water pressure in the bathrooms. Everything in the room was falling apart and the staff were unattentive. Won't be going back

Affordable prices, beautiful place

Where do i start. I arrived and I was upsold the executive suite because it had AC. The AC didn't work for the duration of my stay. I didn't have remote controls for the AC and TV and had to request from the security guy at night. The room had no kettle and I was refused coffee from the restaurant. They said I have to buy the breakfast to get coffee. I was brought a kettle eventually and instant coffee for the room upon requesting and getting mad at the service. The fridge in the room was dirty and didn't have anything inside, getting drinking water at night is not possible. The shower cabin was missing a door and I was provided with a towel which was a hand towel not a body towel. I didn't have toilet paper or soap for the shower until I requested after I checked in. They didn't bring soap only conditioner because they didn't have. They don't server breakfast, they don't provide a bottle of water for the night and generally the service is terrible. They tried to help and fix but the issue was I had to ask and show what was the issue while any decent hotel will be able to identify those issues by themselves. Oh yea I almost forgot the room had 4 power sockets out of which only one worked which made it difficult considering we have 3 laptops and phones.

Clean place though staff not very helpful with luggage. You have to ask them to assist. It would be nice if they offered breakfast too

Unfortunately the nice decor does not make up for the surrounds of Riverstone Lodge. We were kept up ALL night by surrounding neighbors who thought that the whole neighborhood needed to listen to their music at full volume. Would definitely not stay there again or recommend the venue to anyone hoping to have a good nights sleep!

It's beautiful and they provide better services

The restaurant on site is an extremely noisy water hole with no respect for guests trying to have a good night's rest. Music was playing until the early hours of the morning.
