One thing I didn't like though was the fact that I was stranded and waiting to get picked up from working people who could only pick me up in the evening after business hours. Checked out and was made to pay by the owner for the night I didn't sleep over. The reservation was Bed, Breakfast and Dinner, I was made to pay for the meals as well! Other than that, the staff members made my stay worthwhile. The chefs are the best cooks and their service was excellent! The rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Beautiful landscape, swimming pool, lounge area, TV areas. Birds from all walks of life will sing melodies.

A lovely, well decorated, calm Lodge with a beautiful serene garden, perfect for a quiet place to talk and reflect.

I stayed here on business and what an exceptional place it has all you need from great tentative staff to an excellent breakfast included and great service and attention to detail and Mathew made sure I had all I needed from a driver service to a doctor for my PCR test required for my return so I would highly recommend this place and when I return on business I will definitely return to the Willow lodge.

Great accommodation, amazing food, and excellent customer service

Beautiful place, quiet, clean. The rating would be higher if it weren't for the preferential treatment. Someone can easily mistaken the treat as due to skin color and I'm a person of color. The cleaning staff and sous chef were gema to say the least. The food was ok. The honest bar concept was great.

Beautiful venue and what an amazing garden. The staff and team where really welcoming. They gave us a tour of the venue and served us coffee. I really enjoyed the place and will definitely go back.

All you could possibly need! Modern, stylish, huge rooms with air conditioning, DSTV and a pool. Accommodating staff catered for my halaal food choice and it was just delicious food! I would definitely recommend this as a stay for anyone visiting Harare! Excellent owners!
