Ordered the braai pack, definitely one can’t finish it all by themself. When they brought in the Sadza in the red pot, that’s when I knew , this is fire. They got this fine sauce on their meats😋, Sadza was well cooked. Kunzwa moto chaiko. Generous meat potions. Sadza kuzadza kaBodo- Warris this 😋😋 The mocktails- went with the Cherry kiss. Loved it. We preferred outside sitting area. The garden area is very full of greenery and shrub. Very picturesque garden. Was too full to dance 🕺🏾to some good music which was coming from the bar area. We couldn’t even swim- too full to swim 😂 Limited parking area but well secure. The staff is vibes for days

This is a beautiful BnB in Avondale along King George so you won’t get lost getting to it. The gardens are beautiful and it also has a swimming pool. The rooms are done well inside but the design could have been more imaginative than a single file. The breakfast is divine and the hosts are a nice Italian family.

Quite awesome food and service

Villa Franca is a beautiful tranquil B&B in the middle of Harare. Its luxurious and lavish design made me feel like i was secluded from the rest of the city. The gardens are regularly maintained but there was nothing better than taking a quick dip in the clear pool and resting under the Zimbabwean sun after a hard day of work. But by far the best of my stay was meeting the kind and friendly staff of Villa Franca. They pampered to my every need whether it was a change of bed sheets or a nice beer in the relaxing lounge. The owners (a lovely italian couple) were very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my stay was as relaxing as possible. In my opinion by far the best b&b in Harare and i look forward to staying there again.

So quiet, so relaxing, and so classy. Secure gated property with cooked to order breakfasts, massage services, and in ground pool. Rooms are old style and well maintained. Highly recommend and would happily spend more time here.

Rooms and location are lovely but the concierge has a bias in favour of European guests and diplomats. If you are neither, you may be shuffled around and treated like they are doing you a favour by giving you a room there.
