Had a very terrible experience at this place. My property was stolen and the people there were very ignorant about my loss. I have lost approximately 3,500 - 4k there. I regret going there. It was the worst experience of my life. I don't think they have even informed the owner of the place about this incident because till now they have not even acknowledged that they are responsible for my security and my property since it's their mandate to provide a safe space for people to come and rest. There is no safety at all.

After a very long flight with my family, one twin being autistic i booked this affordable place just to refresh, have breakfast then leave for our early bus to Bulawayo. We arrived after 4am left at 6.30. I asked to have breakfast at 6am. The guest house confirmed breakfast starts at 6am via numerous message we exchanged. When we arrived the guy asked what time breakfast I said 6am please. His answer was ahhh. I got to the room headboard post was broken, placed against the floor its a heavy thing. Headboard placed over bedside drawer. There was no water inthe shower nor kitchen. I waited till later around 6, time we should be having breakfast to ask. The lady told me about loadsheding, she told me there was no sun for solar and that they do not control the weather. Said to me go to Bulawayo you will experience it there. And that they had many guesthouses I wasn't their first guest. I was simply shocked. There was no need for all that. I told her i know about this i was in Zim in April. But there was a difference between private residence and a business, also this could have been communicated to me via message.. I travel a lot, never leave bad reviews but this lady's attitude was shocking. The breakfast was not ready till 6.30 when my transport arrived. She took the money from my husband and shut the door. 2 hours we were inthis place paid for nothing. Via message I had asked for someone with a bigger car as we had many bags, on arrival there were 2 small cars meaning I had to pay more than we agreed. This and the broken headboard would have not been mentioned had I got water, albeit cold and our breakfast that we paid for. Mind you the water was there as they have a borehole, she had just decided to shut the supply. Turned it on after I asked. No apology, nothing. Never again.

A good place to stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

Classic Bungalow style resort with excellent natural gardening and 3 of the most ferocious pit bull terriers I have seen in my life till today.Godd rooms but taps leaking which needs repair.Worth the money charged as this guesthouse is exotic .

I really liked the place. They have thought of everything. Very clean, safe and great value for money. Whispering....A bit heavy on the decor 🙈. The staff are very nice. This will be my accommodation everytime I'm in Harare.

The catering room was really nice and staff were friendly. Breakfast was a bit minimal and the cold water tap in the shower only worked occasionally. Also we got a $5 bill for gas at the end of our stay even though we only cooked once and weren't told we'll be charged for it.

We had a wonderful stay in January thisyear(2022)The family was very friendly & nice. Their hospitality is just great. We rented their car for a very reasonable price & the day we left they took us to the airport. KwaMpofu guest house is a place to stay. We stayed more than a week but it was so lovely

Terrible service. They didn't even call to let us know they had made a double booking and didn't even Apologize for it. I do not recommend such terrible service

I’m very thanks full to be in this nice family guest house. People is very vain. They help you in anything you need. I really totally recommend this place. Is very cleaned and they provide wherever you need. Happy family in this place so you can fell in home. Trust me this is the place you want to be in this crazy city
