I ordered two plain chicken wraps and had to wait for about 25 minutes. After I got them they were too soggy and broke off into pieces just as I was removing the packaging. I understand that Sundays can be busy but your service delivery has to improve inorder to help maintain or even increase your customer base.

The Drive-through has always been quick all the time for me.

The taste and look of the food was just not very appetizering, the fries turned brown with time with a lot of oil residue in them. I had bought Nando's fries the previous day they didnt change with time to be that bizzare. A lot of improvement is needed....

This is fast food place. Fried chicken here is good. Fries they can do better. Still it's a decent place.

Went for an icecream,not great on parking space.

Food is same as any chicken inn, just average, you cam eat it but nothing memorable. Good for a quick bite to fill up, not for dates or outings

I love stopping for icecream here in-transit, mostly becuase their large cup is actually large not some psychological warfare you meet in other chicken inns and creamy inns. The till personnel is very friendly and usually serve with a smile. Makes for good atmosphere.

Generally it was okay but there's a need to increase the speed of serving... It took a bit of time to get the food

Simbisa Brands that was a mistake, ....last time I was there Innbucks was not working but the lady (name starts with a T dark in completion) was very nice, she offered to keep trying for the 40mins-1hr I was there. I have corrected my view 🤩😉

The drive through attendants were polite. My personal favorite was the chicken burger, the sauce is pretty nice

The best drive through in town their food is always fresh,as compared to Westgate and Belgravia which sell rotten food

The drive in service is rather slow. People are parking cars outside and then walk in which I think defeats the idea of a drive in. I could be wrong? Food is good though!!

The staff is ever gossiping and delay making order's. Last I went ordered a milkshake oral flavor not only did it take 20mins to get, but it was like water dipped in a bit of milk.

The staff is just lackadaisical. They don't always have everything on the menu which sucks. The people who clean though do a great job. But that's pretty much it. I'ld rather drive to Parkwell or Emerald Hill than to go there.

Their drive through is fast efficient but they say innbucks doesn't work mu drive through... Then inside there is so much confusion this has happened to mwle twice already, yu can go 30 mins waiting to be served without even any pple traffic

It’s pretty much what you expect. It can get a little crowded on a bad day. There’s a kids entertainment area, that’s a big plus. Also inside seating that’s a plus. The service is also pretty much what you expect.

Was really hungry thought of grabbing some food by greencroft chicken inn but the chicken was underdone the outside was ok but the inside wasn't cooked now l sick throughing up at home😕

Their food is bad. It's like they sell stale food especially in the evenings. Chicken is tasteless, chips are over done, there's no salt at all. Are they serving animals or humans? Disgusting!. The service is bad , period. I wouldn't recommend anyone. If anything, they should shut down!
