Good
for
a
day
trip,
a
bit
tricky
for
a
night's
stay.
I
had
issues
with
the
communication,
or
rather
lack
thereof,
with
their
reception/sales
agents.
There
is
no
wifi
in
the
rooms
and
only
250mgb
can
be
loaded
at
a
time
-
so
not
ideal
if
you
intend
to
do
some
work
while
there.
If
you
do
stay
over,
you
will
need
to
book
your
meals
in
advance
as
they
will
not
cater
to
you
otherwise,
no
exceptions.
I
wasn't
made
aware
of
this
at
the
time
of
booking,
I
assumed
booking
a
lunch/dinner
with
your
stay
was
just
part
of
a
package,
not
that
the
lodge
would
have
absolutely
no
food
for
you
to
even
purchase.
If
you
are
trying
to
get
through
to
them
best
to
call
off
their
main
Zambezi
Cruise
number
as
the
direct
reception
rarely
answers
the
phone.
You
are
not
assisted
with
your
bags
due
to
covid
protocol,
despite
having
the
host
take
us
through
to
our
rooms
and
handle
the
doors
and
keys
and
forms
and
speak
to
us
with
a
mask
off
-
I
just
found
this
odd
having
come
from
another
safari,
which
offered
excellent
hospitality.
Pamuzinda
is
rated
4*,
so
expected
a
little
more
than
what
was
received,
at
least
from
a
staff
and
reception
process.
The
surroundings
are
beautiful
though
and
most
of
the
staff
are
nice
enough,
maybe
just
need
a
bit
of
training!
Thanks
