The service was professional. We were assisted from the very beginning. Briefed on what we should expect and walked through the process before we began it. The cages are well kept, and the animals are well fed. Their service delivery is also timely

I think the procedures that they have to follow in order for one to adopt a pet are too strict, especially if one has too much love to give.
