Good service just like any other OK anywhere in the country. We need more of these in the suburbs to avoid unnecessary travel to and from the CBD. However they should bring back Mukuru and WU services. The shop is quite spacious and fullfilling. There is free parking space outside that is relatively safe. The shopping experience is OKAY! The refridgerators work well.

Conveniently located, all groceries are available. Multiple payment methods available in-store.

It's getting a bit crowded during this festive period but fortunately they are observing regulated COVID-19 guidelines. In terms of the shopping experience it's great although it would be nice if they could revert back to normal working hours of 0800-2000, at the moment they are operating between 0800-1830. Family friendly shop and quite spacious.

Love Ok Mart it’s like a everything under one roof. Great when paying in RTGS as their US rate is not always favorable.

The shop is well stocked , staff very friendly, my only concern was their tills are very slow in printing out the customer receipt, some some service is needed on their till machines

I have rated it 4 stars because it is a good shopping mall, considering the features provided there ,as a mall in a high density suburb, They have exceptional services, but the parking area needs a little bit of maintenance, There used to be order in the mall parking area ,but these days you find litter everywhere, broken glasses, collapsed bus waiting shades,

The shop needs more lighting. It looks like a shop located in the rural areas. Its standards are very low for an urban supermarket. Low on stock too. The rest is not soo bad.

Probably one of the best shopping complexes around. One can find the suburbs' biggest shop here, which is OK Zimbabwe supermarket. As stated, it's in a shopping complex where shoppers can find more varying shops, hardware, pharmacies & surgeries, bottle stores, gaming centres, internet cafes, saloons, service station and a bazaar amongst others. It's pretty much an all inclusive complex where major goods and services can be found saving one a trip to the city centre. There's abundant free day parking spaces as well as paid overnight parking services. In terms of infrastructure and aesthetics the complex has a certain unforgettable appeal.
